There is so much misinformation about what happened the night Kyle Rittenhouse fired his weapon at four — yes, four — attackers that it’s hard to know where to begin. But let’s start with the prosecutors who promulgated and, indeed, created some of the slanders against the then-17-year-old. In the end, prosecutors Thomas Binger and Jim Kraus could not back up their lies with evidence in a courtroom and a jury saw right through them, thank God. To put it succinctly, Thomas Binger and Jim Kraus left a skid mark on the robes of justice.

I "HOPE" Kyle counts the ways, in MILLIONS of dollars in lawsuits against his persecutors. NOT prosecutors, he didnt have any of those, he had PERSECUTORS.

That's what the left does... But then again, does the right do anything to punish them... I'll wait.

I have to wonder if this is how many prosecutors handle cases in the USA? I’m beginning to look at all of the
“Justice” system differently. When we see how the CIA and FBI have corruption, I’d be an idiot to think that it doesn’t go on in other ways.

And nothing will change for the DA, the corrupt Assistant DA's, the lying witnesses, the FBI, Joe Biden, Bill Di Blassio, MSNBC, CNN, Joy Behar, and countless leftist shills. They will live behind their gated walls with private security and soon forget the Rittenhouse kid. On to their next victim.
Rittenhouse, on the other hand, is forever changed. He's a marked man. A target. He's taken lives. Justified or not, that's an awful thing to live with. Hope he Sandmans these bastids.

Boss prosecutor Gravely knew this was a loser case and did not want his name directly attached to it. He wisely unleashed his woke and hyper-motivated deputy on Kyle and have him cart blanche. Probably wanted him out of the office anyway.

There are so many to sue; where does a young Rittenhouse start? He needs to sue some of them specifically to cover the cost of his 24-hour armed security. Since Brandon wants to be president, he should start with president, vp, and work his way on down. He should end up with Bezos and Gates kind of money.

The most horrible moment was the display of the weapon by the clown prosecutor to the jury. I have vast knowledge of firearm handling if I were sitting in that box I would have shown my dissent on that display. It was exactly the scenario that Baldwin went through. The rifle was placed there Binger didn't re-check it then put his finger on the trigger pointing it in the court room. The judge should have taken control, even a trigger lock would have helped to keep the buffoon from putting his finger on the trigger. That would/shouldn't have made that horrible display make the prosecution lose the case. Kyle Rittenhouse is guilty of not being murdered and cheating death. If that's white supremacy I would take it all day long.

Watching this "trial" and how the prosecution handled it, and then the recent exoneration of those convicted of killing Malcolm X, illustrates how abusive the government can be.
That they Kenosha prosecutors withheld evidence, or only provided a different version of the video, is just wrong. It highlights that they KNEW they didn't have a real case but were moving forward regardless, which is a dangerous position.
It speaks to how reckless the system can be when it want to be. And the system is the police, the prosecutors and the judges.
Why is it you have to hope at least one of those 3 entities will follow the laws truthfully and honestly?
Maybe the defense needs to have the same allocation of resources as the prosecution.

I'm still shocked at one of the prosecutors aiming a gun at the jury. How on earth was this allowed?

The prosecutor presented testimony (the Khindri brothers) they knew was false and told the jury that Rittenhouse lied on the stand. Binger told the jury that if you bring a gun you cannot claim self defense. These actions, standing along, scream out for severe repercusions.
The public does not know how often prosecutors engage in such tactics when (1) they are prosecuting a weak case or (2) prosecuting a case that is affected by local and/or national politics.
Leftists will never cease shouting "Hands up, don't shoot" and - thanks to these two unethical and dispicable prosecutors - will never stop asserting publically that Kyle Rittenhouse is - and will always be -,a white supremacist.

Re #12.....pointing a gun at someone is a class A misdemeanor in Wisconsin. Why wasn't the persecutor arrested?

I practiced as a prosecutor for 25 years and I am absolutely APPALLED at what I saw happen in this case!
As a Prosecutor, your first and only job is to see that justice is done in the matter. You present the case fairly, provide ALL exculpatory evidence to the defense attorneys, never put on a witness that you know is lying, and abide by the decisions made by the Judge in the case, whether you like them or not!
Any weapon I ever handled was first shown to the sheriff's officer in the Court to make sure it was safe. It was then carefully presented to the necessary witness and then returned to the counsel table. It was NEVER pointed at any person in the courtroom and most certainly not the jury!
I tried nearly 200 cases and handled thousands of plea or dismissals. The cases I am most proud of are the ones where someone got caught up unknowingly in the system or the ones where the defendant's actions did not make sense so I investigated further to make sure I had all the facts. In those matters, I may have used some unorthodox (but legal) methods but in at least two cases, men who would have been found or pled guilty walked free because they were not guilty of the crimes they were charged with. There were others as well but these two were the most significant.
Unfortunately, with the current corruption of the DOJ and FBI, as well as the antics of these prosecutors, have made the job of legitimate Prosecutors ten times more difficult.
