Kyle Rittenhouse, who was found not guilty on all charges Friday in a controversial trial that has divided the nation, may possibly have a defamation case against President Joe Biden over reference to 'white supremacists' in a video, experts said. The video was posted in a September 2020 tweet, which could now possibly cause Biden legal trouble, according to lawyer Todd McMurtry, who helped Nicolas Sandmann sue news outlets for upward of $800 million for defamation. The now-19-year-old famously settled with CNN and The Washington Post after they deemed him a racist when he was seen in viral video footage wearing a MAGA hat.

Sue old poopy-pants and WIN. As long as he's personally responsible and doesn't use taxpayer money. About a half million is in order. The teen was at risk of life behind bars.

As the chief magistrate of the Republic, President Biden has an obligation to consider the facts before rendering judgment,
As candidate Biden he rushed to judgment. As President Biden he didn't watch the trial and its evidence, but pronounced himself angry and concerned about the verdict.
This man is a fool for getting his daily briefings from the Main Stream media. It's a good thing he wasn't on the jury. Conviction now, facts later is his motto.

Poopy pants was NOT Pres when he called Kyle a "white supremisist" The incident was August 25, 2020. Biden was a private citizen. He cannot claim executive privilege. He should be able to sue.

Looks as if Hunter will need to sell some more paintings to help the Big Guy pay a fat settlement to Rittenhouse.

According to Mark Levin, Joe is naked and totally eligible to be sued. Kyle needs the lawyer who represented Nick Sandman and go for the big bucks starting with The Big Mouthed Guy.

Clearly certain media outlets, namely CNN and MSNBC and a lot of their on screen “talent” who defamed Rittenhouse from the get-go are out there with no clothes at the moment, again it will be up to a jury to decide.

Paula Jones says yes, you can sue a President for stuff he did before he was President. Biden, CNN, and MSNBC - sue them until they get the message that activism is not journalism.

Yes, he should sue Joey. And while he's at it, he can sue every single one in the drive-by propaganda media, as well as Tinseltown, the View, etc.

Some top lawyers say yes, others say no. It all depends upon the judge and which way he leans.

If Biden is sued regarding "White Supremicist" he will defend by asserting that his statement was his OPINION, and, sadly, the suit will probably be dismissed.

Some of the members of this administration may have made comments about Rittenhouse's guilt/alleged White Supremacy. Those comments might exist in video form. Pay attention to staff members who announce a sudden desire to spend more time with their family.

I hope he sues every single person who defamed him and don't settle for a money settlement. Make them use their money for a lawyer. Make them show up in court and testify under oath. Let them see what it felt like. It would be great to see Uncle Joe testify.
