San Francisco’s ‘woke’ District Attorney Chesa Boudin has finally charged a ‘prolific’ female shoplifter, 41, who stole $40,000 in merchandise from the same Target in 120 incidents over a one-year period. Aziza Graves was arrested Tuesday for her alleged shoplifting spree about two weeks after voters forced Boudin into a recall election, with a petition yielding 83,000 signatures—far above the 51,000 required by the city. The push to hold Graves responsible only came after Target demanded that Boudin launch an investigation, which revealed that the store, at the Stonestown Galleria shopping mall, was hit by the same person more than 100 times between October 2020 and November 2021.

Comments:

San Francisco and Target are backing off on their commitment to Equity. Shameful.

On the average, shoplifted once every 3 days for a year. Five years in prison sounds about fair.

FTA: Boudin was sworn into office on January 8, 2020 after running on the promise to take a new approach to crime by not prosecuting lower-level offenses. Proof the liberalism is a mental disease. NY mayor Giuliani took over a lawless and on the way down NYC and cleaned it up by starting to crack down on low-level offenses. He then moved on to bigger quality of life crimes and made NYC a place to go and have a great time. Bloomberg and the democRATs that followed have since ruined it (I know he ran as a republican but he's even worse than most RINOs) But liberal always think they're the smartest people in the room and know better .. fools just utter fools.

Yeah, but I expect that the DA will settle the case out of court if Target and Walgreens agree to take back the returns for half their value in cash to the perp. And the other half to the DA's anti-recall campaign.

If you didn't know, Chesa is named after Joanne Chesimard, member of the Black Liberation Army, convicted cop killer and prison escapee who has been living in Cuba for decades. He ws raised by Bill Ayers( Weather underground founder and mentor of Obama) and Bernadine Dohrn ( both were federal fugitives in the 1970s) after his parents ( members of the Weather Underground ) were convicted of the murder of a Brinks guard in Nanuet NY in 1981. Why? She is well under the $1000 per day theft limit. She hit the store over 100 times but they only had to hit her once with a 9mm. Problem solved. Or maybe she could have had a run-in with a forklift. Her stats are on localcrimenews.com I was shocked to read that she is black. No picture needed because, you know...

Of course, #8. They seem to think if they hide the race we will think that the Norwegians are doing the shoplifting. Unfortunately for decent black people, The Negro race is becoming tagged as a criminal race. It’s an ongoing tragedy and no one in the media will be honest about this. They seem to think omitting race and photos that will hide what’s going on and we knuckledraggers won’t notice. Wrong. Even the logos seem to be catching on now.

What's more, the percentage of tests coming back positive for COVID-19 quadrupled from 2.4 percent at least 90 days later to 10.6 percent at least 150 days later. British experts have sounded the alarm over a new Covid variant believed to have emerged in Botswana that is the most mutated version of the virus yet. Only 10 cases of the strain, which could eventually be named 'Nu', have been detected so far. But it has already been spotted in three countries, suggesting the variant is more widespread. It carries 32 mutations, many of which suggest it is highly transmissible and vaccine-resistant, and has more alterations to its spike protein than any other variant.(Snip)Dr Tom Peacock, a virologist at Imperial College who first picked up on its spread, described the variant's combination of mutations as 'horrific'.

Iowa’s Medicaid system must cover gender confirmation surgery, a judge ruled Friday. Polk County District Court Judge William P. Kelly ruled that a state law that blocked Medicaid from covering gender confirmation procedures violated the Iowa Civil Rights Act and the Iowa Constitution—allowing trans Iowans to receive coverage for medically necessary surgery to treat gender dysphoria. Gender dysphoria is defined as a “marked incongruence between their experienced or expressed gender and the one they were assigned at birth.” It is a serious medical condition that often begins in childhood, even though some people may not experience it until after puberty or even later, according to the American Psychiatric Association.

Earlier this month, the Fifth Circuit Court in New Orleans issued a preliminary pause on the order, which prevented the Occupational Safety and Health Administration from moving forward in implementing the employer rules.
