A career criminal and convicted felon with an open domestic violence charge has claimed to be the unidentified male at whom Kyle Rittenhouse shot twice at close range but missed, on the night of August 25, 2020. Rittenhouse has been charged with First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety of the man known in trial only as 'jump-kick man,' for the flying kick he took at the teenager's head as Rittenhouse was attacked minutes after he shot Joseph Rosenbaum dead. Now Maurice Freeland, 39, has admitted that he was the one who kicked Rittenhouse in the head and narrowly avoided being shot as a result, after the then 17-year-old stumbled

Wow, normally the Daily Mail is a British rag sheet about 40 steps below the National Enquirer for journalistic integrity. 90% of the time they just make stuff up and attribute it to "anonymous sources". For them to report this actual factual news is both shocking and tells you just how ridiculous this whole trial against Kyle truly is!!!! When you fire your gun into a crowd of Antifa and BLM supporters, and hit a rapist and a child molester, and barely miss a domestic violence perp, that sort of tells you that the whole Antifa and BLM crowd is nothing but a bunch of low-life, evil, vermin!!! But we already knew that...

KR is on the ground and JKM attacks from behind. Pretty much the definition of kicking a man while he's down. And yet, the prosecutors labeled Kyle as the coward for running (as the mob descended on him).

And the 99.9999% of brave, loyal, hard-working FBI agents that Hannity always praises continued to put a terrorist tag on untold numbers of parents for attending local school board meetings. Can't be distracted to look at violent repeat offending felons for kicking a teenager in the head.

Rittenhouse did a better job of taking out the trash than most law enforcement does. 2 KIA, 1 wounded out of five shots fired, all while under attack. Give that man a taxpayer relief medal.

How long have the prosecutors known this? One of the foundations of American jurisprudence (6th amendment) is that the accused be afforded the right to confront their accusers in court, and cross examine them. Rittenhouse was charged with recklessly assaulting him. while HE was in the act of recklessly assaulting Rittenhouuse.... PS: it wasn't until this film clip that I noticed "Red Shirt Man" who also attempted to assault Kyle when he was on the ground, fractions of a second before Jump kick. Kyle was on the ground, being jumped by FOUR attackers simultaneously.

Think about it. What is it with blacks and domestic violence. It's very obvious that there's a culture of violence within the black community that nobody wants to address. Out of freakin control. And when are people going to be held accountable for their actions. It just gets worse and worse.
