The outcome of the state’s charges against Kyle Rittenhouse is now in the hands of the jury, and ahead of a possible verdict, authorities in Kenosha are asserting they are prepared. “The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department and Kenosha Police Department understand and recognize the anxiety surrounding the Kyle Rittenhouse trial,” said a statement released Tuesday by the agencies. Authorities added that they currently have no reason to close roads, enact curfews or ask the community to modify daily routines.

The judge in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse has banned MSNBC from the court over allegations a producer tried to follow jurors.
Judge Bruce Schroeder said Thursday he received a report from the Kenosha Police Department that police pulled over a person identifying themselves as an MSNBC producer for running a red light the night before, and the producer claimed “he had been instructed” to “follow the jury bus.” The matter is still under investigation, but Schroeder said he was banning anyone from MSNBC from the building for the rest of the trial.
The House Freedom Caucus formally informed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) on Tuesday that its members will not vote to fund the federal government while the Biden administration maintains vaccine mandates on government and private sector employees.
The conservative group wrote in a letter to the speaker that it views the coronavirus vaccine mandates as “unconstitutional” and divisive, and warned their implementation would result in mass job losses that destroy livelihoods and threaten national security.

Today a news broke out that a media person followed a Rittenhouse juror home. Kenosha police said at the time that it is under investigation.
But a few moments ago Judge Schroeder just came in and revealed that the person identified himself as being from MSNBC and he was following the jury bus.
As a response, he banned the mainstream media giant!
Judge Schroeder banned MSNBC from the courthouse after a man claiming to be affiliated with the courthouse allegedly tried to photograph the jury on Wednesday night.
Former Covington Catholic High School student Nicholas Sandmann – who famously settled a defamation suit against CNN – thinks Kyle Rittenhouse should sue news outlets to "hold the media accountable" after liberal pundits rushed to judgment on his case.
"The parallels between me and Kyle Rittenhouse are impossible not to draw," Sandmann wrote in a column for the Daily Mail in which he directly reached out to lend support. "The way the media has treated you is terrible, and you don't have to face it alone."

Twelve jurors on Tuesday began deliberations in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial in a Kenosha, Wisconsin, courtroom after hearing final arguments on Monday.
The 18-person jury is made up of 10 women and eight men, including one male person of color; the 12 jurors selected to decide on the final verdict include seven women and five men, including the male person of color. Forty-five minutes into deliberations the jury asked for 11 copies of jury instructions, particularly pages 1-6 pertaining to self-defense.

Earlier this year, the Texas Health and Human Services department (HHS) made monoclonal antibody treatments available to COVID patients following its Emergency Use Authorization by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in February.
The state has issued tens of thousands of monoclonal antibody treatments over the past several months, but recently, thanks to a supply shortage spurred by the Biden administration, the agency has begun segregating who can receive the treatment based solely on the color of their skin.

U.S. Border Patrol Chief Raul Ortiz said this week that Anibal "Tony" A. Perez died Nov. 5. The exact cause of death was withheld for privacy reasons.
Ortiz said Perez joined the Border Patrol in June 2006.
