FDA Alert: 2 Million At-home COVID-19
Tests Recalled Over False Positives

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) confirmed Thursday it is recalling some 2 million Ellume at-home COVID-19 testing because they can produce “false positives” due to a manufacturing defect. The firm first informed the federal regulatory agency about the defect in some lots in October. But on Wednesday, the FDA said it identified additional lots that were affected by the manufacturing defect, made between Feb. 24, 2021, and Aug. 11, 2021. To date, about 35 false positives from the COVID-19 tests were reported to the FDA. No deaths have been reported related to the test, according to the agency.

Comments:

Biden: “Test, test, test. Jab, jab, jab…” Willy-nilly… Tests were to be administered to those exhibiting symptoms - fever, cough, cold symptoms, etc. Nothing has been done according to “the science”.

Who are they kidding? The tests the hospitals, clinics and pharmacies administer aren't anywhere close to accurate, and false positive constantly. We do not have anything that comes close to accurate where COVID testing is concerned.

#3, first thing that came to mind. It would be interesting to see a lawsuit or two filed against the manufacturer who caused undue emotional distress for the people who thought they tested positive. After all, you start advising family, friends, places you visited, and work that you'll need to quarantine, and they might need to get tested too.

The news is a perilous business. It’s perilous because the first draft of history is almost always somewhat wrong, and needs a second draft, and a third, and so on, over time, until the historian can investigate with more perspective and calm. The job of journalists is to do as best they can, day by day, and respond swiftly when they screw up, correct the record, and move forward.(snip) But when the sources of news keep getting things wrong, and all the errors lie in the exact same direction, and they are reluctant to acknowledge error, we have a problem.

While much of the attention of the nation remains on the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, there is good news from the frontline of the battle against the Covid Regime. The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has reaffirmed it’s stay on the Mandate. Such stays are issued when it appears that the petitioners are likely to succeed on the merits of their case. In the 21 page opinion—which you can read here—the Court explains exactly why they think the petitioners will succeed. What I’ve done below is provide excerpts from the opinion, basically from the introduction to the detailed legal analysis.

In April 2021, the Brookings Institution publicly confirmed that Special Counsel John Durham had subpoenaed records from the D.C.-based left-wing think tank in December 2020. The friendly reporters at Time magazine framed the subpoena as limited to the decades-old employment record of former Brookings staffer Igor Danchenko. Last week’s indictment (snip) provides a perfect reminder that Brookings was ground zero for the Russia collusion hoax, with many key staff embroiled in the damaging lie that Donald Trump colluded with Vladimir Putin to steal the 2016 election. The U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans has ruled against the Joe Biden OSHA vaccine mandate calling it “staggeringly overbroad.” [The 22-page ruling and opinion is AVAILABLE HERE] The three judge panel upheld its previous decision to put a stay on the order by Joe Biden against companies with 100 workers or more. If you were lucky, you might’ve seen billionaire oil heiress Ivy Love Getty strut up San Fransisco City Hall’s red carpet-lined steps in her couture wedding gown last weekend. Or, you might’ve witnessed police contain hundreds of homeless onlookers, making sure none of them ruined Getty’s picture-perfect frame. For the Saturday nuptials, Getty paid the San Francisco County Sheriff’s Office a hefty $42,314 — which presumably helped cover the cost of keeping homeless populations out of the way and clearing the tents, trash, human feces, and heroine needles lining the streets — all so she and celebrity photographer Tobias Engel could have their fairytale wedding, complete with plenty of California elites.

Hernandez captured key video footage in Kenosha on August 25, 2020, the night of the shootings. “Your videos that you have captured of these incidents that you call ‘riots’ they’re very slanted against the people who are rioting. You characterize them as ‘Antifa, BLM rioters.’ Correct?” Binger asked Hernandez, who works for Real America’s Voice. Europe’s drug regulator on Thursday confirmed it is investigating reports of a blood condition in recipients of Moderna’s mRNA COVID-19 vaccine. According to a bulletin posted by the European Medicines Agency (EMA), it is reviewing six cases of capillary leak syndrome, considered a “very rare disorder,” after they were reported in the EMA’s EudraVigilance database. “At this stage, it is not yet clear whether there is a causal association between vaccination and the reports of capillary leak syndrome,” the EMA wrote on Thursday, adding that “these reports point to a safety signal … information on new, or changes in, adverse events that may potentially be associated with a medicine or vaccine and

The indictment of Igor Danchenko, the “primary sub-source” of Christopher Steele’s infamous dossier, reveals that the FBI electronically recorded several previously undisclosed interviews with the Brookings Institution researcher. Separately, it raises suspicions, according to congressional sources, that his Brookings superior Fiona Hill may have committed perjury when testifying about Steele during President Trump’s first impeachment. The existence of electronic records of Danchenko speaking to the FBI far more extensively than previously known creates the possibility that much more will come out about the origins of the Steele dossier and the way the opposition research was weaponized. Trump's turn in the spotlight has persisted for so long that it seems impossible to get away from him. Both his critics and fans are many. Though Democrats control the White House and Congress, they are eager to remind others of the Trumpian loyalty still alive within the Republican Party. But when it comes to elections, there is no placing Trump on a ballot if he is not running. This truth played itself out on the Nov. 2 election night.
