Outgoing New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio is being slammed for his announcement that he is considering requiring children ages five to 11 to show proof of vaccination to enter businesses after he leaves office. 'This is insanity,' wrote Benny Johnson, the chief creative officer at conservative organization Turning Point USA.(Snip)The city has already imposed a vaccine mandate for people to dine indoors at restaurants, browse art at its museums or work out at gyms.(Snip)Under de Blasio's proposal, those businesses would also have to check the vaccination status of every child between the ages of five to 11 that try to enter their establishment.

Dimokkkraps seem to be obsessed with children and not in a good way: bi.den’s daughter’s diary, the 18 year old that says pappy pant packed molested her when she was 12, and of course joe saying he LOVED having kids to sit in in his lap when he was wearing a bathing suit. This is sick.

Nobody seems to be asking the most basic question: when were they given the power/authority to do this? under what legal theory are they granted dictatorial powers to set wages or conditions of employment (by citizens), or access to public businesses, etc.? And when they explain, immediately rescind that mechanism, if there is one.

What has happened to the doctors' code to due no damage? Making children under 11 to get vaccinated falls in the category. The health risks from the vaccine far out exceed those of not taking the vaccine.

Seattle has become so dangerous that the city can no longer protect its own employees, with security guards now escorting them after they finish work. King County's new 'walking bus' will debut on November 15, and see council workers based in Downtown Seattle and nearby Pioneer Square escorted to a nearby train station and ferry terminal each evening before being left to continue their commute home. An announcement on King County's official website says: 'King County is launching a 'Walking Bus' pilot program where county employees can join their colleagues and a Facilities Management Division (FMD) Security Escort each evening walking to the King Street Station and the Coleman Dock

President Joe Biden said on Wednesday that most Americans cannot understand the problems faced by the United States' supply chains, adding that 'not a lot of people' have a clear grasp of the networks and their implications. Speaking at the port of Baltimore, where he touted his $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill—which was passed by Congress on Friday, and which he plans to sign into law on Monday—Biden said that investing in resiliency was essential. 'You hear a lot about the supply chains in the news, but frankly, not a lot of people have a clear understanding, whether they have a Ph.D. or they didn't go to school,

The tent city outside the West Los Angeles Veterans Affairs Medical Center campus just off the 405 Freeway resembled more a military encampment than a makeshift shantytown thrown up by vagrants. The tents were lined up with a soldierly precision, and each sported a prominent American flag. The impressive display was a mixture of pride and tragedy. Known as “Veterans Row,” the site was home to dozens of people who served in the U.S. military in every conflict from Vietnam to Afghanistan and now, out of uniform, are living on the streets of the country they once defended.(Snip)Although exact numbers are difficult to track, most officials say approximately 40,000

Members of Congress who die in office customarily have a year’s salary, currently $174,000, as a payout to their survivors. Families of U.S. service members who die on active duty get a $100,000 death gratuity. Japanese Americans, forced out of their homes and into internment camps for more than two years during World War II, collected $20,000 payments four decades later. That’s worth about $46,000 in today’s dollars. Lawmakers and legal experts are looking at those kinds of payments as the Biden administration considers cutting $450,000 checks—nearly 10 times the inflation-adjusted rate paid to the internees—to compensate illegal immigrants who say they suffered emotional trauma

The U.S. is one of the few countries still recommending masks in schools as most nations let kids attend classes without face coverings. Although states are allowed to set their own rules, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) suggests universal indoor masking for all students above age two regardless of vaccination status. In fact, 68.2 percent of the 500 of the largest school districts in America still require masks, according to data analytics firm Burbio. But there are only six other nations in the Western world that require or strongly advise kids to cover their noses and mouths. Meanwhile, more than a dozen other countries, including the UK,

Researchers running a small number of Pfizer's original Covid vaccine trials may have skewed their findings, an investigation has warned. A US subcontractor paid to run an arm of the study has been accused of cutting corners, obscuring data and putting patients in harm's way. Brook Jackson, a former boss at Ventavia, said the firm did not always test patients with symptoms, which potentially masked how well the jab performed. She told a British Medical Journal probe that as well as 'falsifying' data, Ventavia hired underqualified staff as vaccinators and failed to follow-up on side effects. As Vermont reports higher than ever COVID-19 case rates, state health officials have been trying to understand why. How can a state that did so well during the first part of the pandemic — even garnering national recognition — be doing so much worse now? "But, there are clearly factors that have come together to create the situation that we're in now." Slowing the spread is critical right now to prevent Vermont's hospitals from being overwhelmed with people sick with the virus, Levine said.
