The U.S. electrical grid is ever more vulnerable to a devastating drone attack, according to a chilling joint report released by the FBI, the National Counterterrorism Center, and the Department of Homeland Security. The federal law enforcement bulletin Oct. 28, obtained by ABC News, said a modified drone that crashed near a Pennsylvania power substation in July 2020 was designed to disrupt the electrical grid, IB Times reported. The drone was found atop a building and is the first known drone attack. The July 2020 incident did not lead to any disruptions, but officials believe a drone was likely being used to try to deliberately damage U.S. infrastructure.

Another day, another headline that looks like it’s straight from the satire site, The Babylon Bee. State Street Global Advisors — actually one of the world’s largest investment companies — has announced that henceforth, its leaders will need permission to hire white men as part of the company’s new diversity hiring initiative. “This is now front and central for State Street; it’s on every senior executive’s scorecard,” said Jess McNicholas, the company’s head of inclusion, diversity, and corporate citizenship. State Street Global Advisors is the investment management division of State Street Corporation and the world’s fourth-largest asset manager, with nearly

This week on MSNBC’s “The Sunday Show,” host Jonathan Capehart responded to a Wall Street Journal editorial directed at him for claiming Glenn Youngkin winning Virginia’s gubernatorial race would be a win for white supremacy. The editorial, noting that Virginia elected Winsome Sears, a black woman, as lieutenant governor, mocked Capehart’s analysis ahead of the election as a “‘racist’ fail.” Capehart argued Sears’ election doesn’t make his assertion wrong .“Whiteness is a hell of a drug. Fear worked, and Youngkin won in a state President Biden won just last year by 10 points,” Capehart stated. “Nice try, but invoking the name of Winsome Sears

I’ve never heard of rapper Travis Scott before today but he was the headlining act at a large outdoor concert in Houston yesterday called Astroworld. At some point after his show started, people in the crowd began pushing forward toward the stage, crushing those at the front until many of them passed out. Rolling Stone reports that people in the crowd desperately tried to get security to stop the show but no one would listen. This clip shows people climbing up on a platform where a cameraman was shooting the concert. They are trying to get him to tell someone to stop the show. In any professional multi-camera shoot

An ex-White House official warned of a "nightmare scenario" if former President Donald Trump wins a second term, she told CNN, per Newsweek's reporting. Alyssa Farah, who served as the White House's director of strategic communications and assistant to the president in 2020, told journalist CNN's Jake Tapper that Trump would "absolutely" impose some form of autocracy if re-elected in 2024. She described her former boss as a "man who has challenged our institutions near to the breaking point," according to a clip from CNN'S "Trumping Democracy: An American Coup." Farah went on to say that Trump's second term would be "very different"

The Democratic Party of Virginia has filed a lawsuit contending that hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots could be caught up in the glacially-paced USPS mail delivery system, threatening to disenfranchise masses of voters and impact the commonwealth’s tight gubernatorial race. Last week, the party filed a lawsuit claiming that as many as 300,000 Virginians intend to cast their ballots in Tuesday’s critical election by mail, but local USPS branches have failed to deliver ballots in time for voters to fill them out and return them by the deadline.
“Thousands of absentee ballots currently sit at postal facilities throughout the Commonwealth, unprocessed for weeks

Virginia Democratic gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe created quite the stir when his campaign hired the Elias Law Group, spending $53,680 on their services. The Elias Law Group is the firm that Marc Elias started earlier this year. Marc Elias is known for taking on cases involving election challenges — he’s represented Democrats in contesting elections. That sparked many to wonder if McAuliffe was already anticipating losing and challenging the victory of his opponent, Republican Glenn Youngkin. It also reminds everyone how McAuliffe has basically been an election truther — “attacking democracy” by making comments questioning Stacey Abrams’ loss in Georgia in 2018.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. It’s “almost” like Clueless Joe™ Biden and his equally clueless administration are trying to destroy everything from the demographics of America — that’s a given — to parents’ faith in their kids’ schools to the entire U.S. economy. Only this time it could not be more clear. Amid soaring gas prices, White House National Climate Advisor Gina McCarthy on Thursday announced that the Biden administration is going to increase regulations on the oil industry: “There’s a place for” regulation and “We’re going to use it,” McCarthy said during an appearance on MSNBC’s “Hallie Jackson Reports.”

A mother of six in Fairfax County, Virginia said Wednesday that federal agents, including unmarked vehicles and a helicopter, were present at a recent local school board meeting. "This is something that is incredible in America and it’s ridiculously un-American," said Stacy Langton during an appearance on "Fox & Friends." Langton shared a photo on Twitter of a Department of Homeland Security vehicle as well as several "ghost cars," which could have been either unmarked local or federal vehicles. In addition, Langton said a helicopter flew overhead, shining its spotlight down on the event.

It’s not just Elon Musk and Joe Manchin who have a problem with the progressive wealth tax proposal called the “Billionaire’s Tax.” According to Greg Sargent at the Washington Post, Speaker Pelosi is the person whose fingerprints are on the knife that killed this. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) sharply faulted the proposal at a caucus meeting earlier this week, according to a Democratic aide who overheard the remarks. This aide told me Pelosi pronounced it a PR stunt that wouldn’t accomplish anything. “Pelosi absolutely destroyed it,” the aide said. Another aide said her opposition was based on the fact that there was no text for this proposal

Alec Baldwin got to play his dream role last week, and unfortunately for an innocent woman, it was a method-acting version of Ted Kennedy. Now, you note that I am mocking a guy whose probable gross negligence killed a lady and maimed a man, and this raises an important question – do we really want to live in a world where our reaction to a tragedy caused by an enemy is not sorrow and compassion but mockery? It doesn’t matter what we want. We do live in such a world, in large part due to the likes of Alec Baldwin.

I take no pleasure in posting an update to Lightfooot Shooting Gallery, but it can't be swept under the rug. Note the righteous shoot when a 77 year old man used his gun to protect himself from being robbed in his garage.
