Biden vaccine mandate issued for private
employers: Jan. 4 deadline for workers

The Biden administration published a rule Thursday that requires workers at large companies and institutions to get fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by Jan. 4 or face weekly testing. Persons who refuse to get vaccinated would also have to wear masks while on the job under the long-awaited regulation from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration that applies to 84 million workers. Employers must start providing paid time off to employees who want to get vaccinated and recover from any side effects by Dec. 5. Unvaccinated workers should also start wearing masks by that date, the rule says. Senior administration officials said employers could face fines of up to $14,000

This is why pretending the government has any authority from the constitution to have a say in private business is a very bad idea. Eventually it thinks you work for it instead of the other way around. - and a lot of gullible people get conditioned to think the same way.

Biden has no legal authority to do this. Expect lawsuits to be filed and injunctions to be issued staying this order until the courts decide on the legality. It's almost as if Biden's handlers are trying to provoke a violent insurrection as a pretext to declaring martial law, confiscating firearms and suspending major elements of the Constitution. Nah, it couldn't be that.. /s

Also, many companies have on their 'board of Directors' or CFOs and CEOs, Democrat politicians and donors who will demand the companies comply. I work for one. When push comes to shove, hopefully the remaining sane members of the board will kick these asses out of the businesses, where they don't belong, anyway. If we stand together, even the Federal Government will have to bow. But expect some bodies and blod in the streets between now and then.

Why the ferocity to force the fake vaccine on us. It doesn’t prevent the infection, and likely makes those vaccinated into “spreaders”. At best. it may decrease the severity of illness, and even that is questionable. Those who allow their children to be vaccinated are fools. The only certainty is that we have a lot more billionaires from the vaccine mandates.

Are employers exempt from lawsuits if someone has to get a vaccine and has an adverse reaction or death?? I would expect that my hubby will be unemployed by Jan 4th. Are contract workers included in the mandate?? If not, then hubby will go back to contract work.

I have been working from home for nearly 2 years now--not once going to the office. According to the new "regulation", I am required to vet vaxed or get tested weekly (or if out of the office more than 7 days, then get tested before coming back to the office). Well if my employer allows me to not come in to the office, then I will never need to get vaxed or tested. Problem solved--loophole penetrated.

The lucrative $50,000-per-year journalist tax break that Democrats have tucked within President Biden’s multitrillion-dollar social welfare bill is estimated to cost taxpayers more than $1.6 billion over the next decade. A new analysis of the legislation by the Joint Committee on Taxation, a special congressional panel made up of 10 senior lawmakers from both chambers of Congress, found that taxpayers would be on the hook for more than $1.6 billion if the tax credit becomes law. The credit would allow “local news” outlets to receive a quarterly tax credit, “equal to 50%” of a journalist’s wages up to a cap of $12,500-per-quarter.

The origin of the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes COVID-19 remains unclear, but recent revelations reinforce the likelihood that the true source was a lab leak from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. A letter from Lawrence Tabak, the National Institutes of Health’s principal deputy director, to Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.) confirms that the NIH funded research at the WIV during 2018-2019 that manipulated a bat coronavirus called WIV1. Researchers at the institute grafted spike proteins from other coronaviruses onto WIV1 to see if the modified virus was capable of binding in a mouse that possessed the ACE2 receptors found in humans—the same receptor to which
