New Study: COVID-Positive Vaccinated People
Are Just as Likely to Spread Delta Variant
as Unvaccinated People

A new study stops short of saying that vaccine mandates are as useful in stopping the spread of COVID-19 as a screen door on a submarine, but it admits that the delta variant hops from person to person with no regard for vaccination status. The way that the experts whose study was published in the British medical journal The Lancet put it was that “fully vaccinated individuals with breakthrough infections have peak viral load similar to unvaccinated cases and can efficiently transmit infection in household settings, including to fully vaccinated contacts.” When Bloomberg reported on the study, it cut to the core:

Comments:

For those who still insist that the mandates are to protect public health.

Get your shot! Get your shot! It's the magic jab, now followed by booster shots forever more.

Sounds to me like the vax doesn't work and no amount of boosters is going to change that. Load up on zinc, vitamins C & D and stay active. Have Ivermectin or HCQ handy, just in case. My hunch is Big Pharma is going to see a big reckoning in the future because of this and might take (if we're lucky) in-power Democrats with them. FJB.

Vaxxers are spreaders. The Pandemic Hoax generated so many lies, so much hatred and bigotry from the left. Its almost as if Fauci;s Gain of Function activities were motivated specifically for that purpose.

Yep. The only remaining POSSIBLE advantage is that you MIGHT have a less serious version of the disease when you get it after the 'vaccination' (not really a vaccination), that is if you survive the shot.

I'm 70 and should have had the covid by now. I got vaccinated because I work in a school. But I've been careful - washed hands, kept my distance and generally been cautious. I am quite sure I had covid in December of 2019. I guess I have natural immunity.

The bigger story is that the Delta variant is no more harmful than the base COVID, just a little more successful in spreading. The media loves to focus on the exceptions to keep the panic alive. This comment, if posted to Fakebook, would be gone before your next cup of coffee.

The vaccine was touted as a cure/preventative, like the Polio vaccine. It never was. Its more like a flu shot where people get the shot and still get the flu, "but not as bad" Masks have been worn steadily through the last eighteen months. No effect. Doesnt the sane person say, "Well these havent worked, I will stop doing these things and try something else (or nothing)?

God bless college football! Every Saturday you can see tens of thousands of fans per stadium-- millions all told-- sitting elbow to elbow, screaming, eating, drinking, packed together and not one of them scared off by the endless "pandemic" fear mongering. Many of them chanting "Let's go Brandon!" Or, my own more vulgar and direct, "F*ck Joe Biden!" The communist totalitarians made their big move in 2021 and were undone by resistance none of them anticipated: College football fans!

Of course they will. The Delta variant is slightly different than the original Covid virus. It's also a weaker version of the virus. Each variant is going to be weaker than the last. The vaccine was for the original version of Covid, and it came out just in time for the Delta version to appear. A booster shot of the original vaccine won't really help against the Delta variant.

#9’s list is excellent and I have been following it for over a year now. No covid though I did get RSV from my grandson who brought it home from daycare. I would add that taking zinc alone can be problematic because it lowers the level of copper in your body and you need copper. It’s better to find a supplement which contains both and is in the proper ratio.

I figured out long ago that Delta variant is the vaxxed who are not only infecting themselves, but the rest of us by being super spreaders who shed the virus. They made themselves vulnerable to any and all viruses that will come their way. It makes my heart ache that so many people were so gullible and took this. Now they are going to sacrifice their own kids to this vaxx. How many of these healthy kids are going to suddenly die in their sleep or wind up with heart problems they never had an indication of?

With every passing day, the argument for COVID inoculations grows weaker. Just six months ago, they "prevented" COVID, now the best they can muster is "a less severe case," with the caveat that the effectiveness only lasts a few months. Meanwhile, there's no word on the cumulative and long term effect of boosters. I'll pass for now.

#19 Your statement isn't misleading, it's simply not true. 88% of Israelis are fully vaccinated and the country has one of the highest current infection rates. In Israel 60% of hospitalizations for COVID were fully vaccinated. In the US there are various protocols that refuse testing for COVID in vaccinated, so that will take the number to zero quickly and give the easily swayed numbers they want to see. Places were data is actually collected, Mass in July, 88% of COVID cases were in fully vaccinated.

And they continue to insist that I get vaccinated. I think I'd be better off staying away from vaccinated people. Oh, and could that 3rd shot have been the one that gave them COVID?

I don't mind people getting shots every few months and multiple boosters if it makes them feel better. There is something to be said for the placebo effect. What I do mind is the constant nagging to go along with the program and risk my healthy body on an untested experiment. If you got the shot, shut up about it. The people pushing this stuff are not the people who developed the vaccine, it's stupid, untrained, ignorant, illegal government pushers that are the real problem.

Now, there’s another name that needs to be added to that list: Biden has nominated a left-wing activist who thinks photo ID and proof of citizenship are “voter suppression.” Nancy Gbana Abudu, who has ties to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and is deputy legal director at the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), has been nominated by Biden to replace a retiring Obama-nominated judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals

A business owner in Salem, Oregon, painted a mural honoring the American flag and the Marines who raised it at Iwo Jima. Most observers considered it a beautiful memorial and an attractive use of an otherwise nondescript wall. The owner of the business commissioned a local artist to create the tasteful and fetching display of patriotism. The Salem City Council has ordered him to remove it, or face fines of up to $200 per day. The artist, Mario De Leon, raised the alarm in a Facebook post: What’s up everybody. The city of Salem is forcing @valleyroofingoregon to remove the mural I painted or to give the mural to the Salem art society.

The cruise ship industry has been hit hard during the COVID-19 pandemic. Yet, much of their pain and suffering has been self-inflicted, driven by their mindless following of pointless federal dictates. That has most noticeably manifested itself in the implementation of so-called “vaccine passports.” Of course, vaccine passports do not actually accomplish anything. New York City not only has a vaccine passport system, but they also have a vaccine mandate. Still, they lead the nation in new coronavirus cases as of this writing. But the fact that everyone spreads COVID — and that vaccine passports made no sense — is not new information. And when Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida
