It is sad that it seems every day we read another dire forecast from the UN, Kerry, Biden, the teenager Greta, or someone else on climate change, and right now is always the last chance to act. Every solution involves the government confiscating a huge amount of money from taxpayers and then the U.S transferring huge sums to other countries to resolve the problem. Every solution involves Americans giving up their freedom and way of life while destroying the oil industry. What you don’t see in these dire forecasts are any scientific data from the last 150 years that directly links the US population, coal, and oil use to temperatures,

Comments:

I grew up in the 70's. I clearly remember the doom and gloom of the coming ice age and the rapidly approaching glaciers which would cover everything from Canada to the Gulf Coast. Wonder what happened to the "scientists" who falsely predicted THAT fate to the populous??!!

He must live in a bubble if he's never seen climate change deniers. We're everywhere. I figure that if the ultra rich are the ones pushing this. there is money in it for them. Humans can't control the weather, the sun, the moon, the rain, and so on. So until we do, the weather and climate will continue to change, naturally.

Not to mention - - there isn't a single scrap of statistically-reliable climate data anywhere in the world - - which can be used to predict climate changes in future decades. The data doesn't exist - - because it can't exist. There is no possible way to precisely measure the temperature of the entire planet to within the .05 degrees required for statistical reliability. It can't be done now - - and it won't ever be able to be done. But shhhhh!!! Don't tell anyone that - - it would destroy the entire concept of Gullible Warming.

OP, nothing happens to the 'scientists' who transgress the boundaries of the scientific method and appoint themselves as high priests. Paul Ehrlich famously failed in his early seventies 'scientific' predictions of world famine and exhaustion of raw materials by the mid eighties. He went on to gain fame, notoriety and respect in elitist circles in spite of his failures.

This summer was mild. Not once did the temperature hit triple digits. Made it to 95 a few times. Yet, scientists released a study that showed that last summer was the hottest on record.

I deny it frequently, at least in their terms. The climate has always been slowly changing, but nothing that mankind does on planet Earth has any impact on what the climate will do.

Many people say they believe the climate is warming but it's not caused by man. Frankly, I don't even believe the climate is warming. Every such report ends up being disqualified but that never makes a headline. Manipulating tree ring data. Government agencies around the world caught modifying the thermometer data year after year. When asked for the original raw(meaning unmodified at all) thermometer data as recorded over the last 100 years it's always oops we don't seem to have that anymore.

Georgia fans had much to cheer about as they trounced their arch-rival Florida 34-7 Saturday afternoon, but, the cheer that will be remembered the most had nothing to do with the game. It had to do with Joe Biden. As the Gators and Bulldogs did battle on the field, Georgia fans chanted “F*ck Joe Biden” in the stands. [Video] College towns, even in deep-red parts of the South, are bastions of liberal indoctrination and woke cancel culture. So, to see the anti-46 chant “F*ck Joe Biden” chant and its other, tamer cousin, “Let’s Go, Brandon,” spread so far and fast across the college football landscape,

Heir to the British throne Prince Charles called for a “vast military-style campaign” to combat climate change as he opened the COP26 summit in Glasgow on Monday. Prince Charles, Duke of Edinburgh, called on the governments of the world to take a “war-like footing” to solve the supposed climate crisis. “The COVID-19 pandemic has shown us just how devastating a global cross-border threat can be, climate change and biodiversity loss are no different. In fact, they pose an even greater existential threat, to the extent that we have to put ourselves on what might be called a war-like footing,” Charles said. Frankly, it’s appalling to see how fanatically eager some parents are to inject their children with the experimental gene therapy, like so many lab rats. Hyperbole, you say? Conspiracy theory? Don’t take my word for it. Here’s one of the trained seals at the FDA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pfizer, Inc., as that august body “debated” approving the shots for kids: “We’re never going to learn how safe the vaccine is unless we start giving it and that’s just the way it goes. That’s how we found out about complications of other vaccines.” Thank you, Dr. Pelosi. A curious and alarming inversion has taken place in American society.

A study published Friday shows that the number of clinic-performed abortions in Texas decreased by half in September, the month S.B. 8 – the state’s law that bans abortions upon fetal heartbeat detection – went into effect. In the findings from the Texas Policy Evaluation Project’s study, 2,164 abortions were performed at clinics in Texas. In September 2020, 4,313 abortions took place. Compared with August 2021, there were 5,377 abortions in Texas. According to the study, this high number “likely reflects the facilities’ expanded hours to accommodate more patients needing care in anticipation of S.B. 8 going into effect.” The study compiled data from 19 of the state’s 24 abortion providers,

President Joe Biden just can’t seem to get a break. It seems that each week, a new poll is published showing his approval ratings sinking faster than the Titanic. But these particular surveys are notable because it shows that even among Democratic voters, Biden is quickly losing support. They revealed that the president is decreasing in popularity in several key blue states. One study revealed that only 40 percent of likely voters in Michigan approve of the president’s performance, which marks a 10 percent decrease since March. Even worse, about 52 percent disapprove of how Biden is governing. A Monmouth University poll showed that among New Jersey voters,

If we know anything about the Democrat Party and its liberal media sock puppets, it is this: Liberals will beat to death any news — real, overblown, or concocted — that it believes it can exploit the ever-loving hell out of, solely for political expediency and for a variety of nefarious reasons, which we’ll get to in a bit. One such “news” item is the never-ending COVID “pandemic” and the restrictions foisted on America by Democrats and their useful idiots, principally vaccine and mask mandates, in the wake of even more draconian lockdowns. To call the continuing effort laughable would be an understatement.

A new study stops short of saying that vaccine mandates are as useful in stopping the spread of COVID-19 as a screen door on a submarine, but it admits that the delta variant hops from person to person with no regard for vaccination status. The way that the experts whose study was published in the British medical journal The Lancet put it was that “fully vaccinated individuals with breakthrough infections have peak viral load similar to unvaccinated cases and can efficiently transmit infection in household settings, including to fully vaccinated contacts.” When Bloomberg reported on the study, it cut to the core:

Although the Democratic Party has long presented itself as the party of the blue-collar, working-class man, this image has been crumbling in recent years. Former President Donald Trump certainly broke the Matrix in this regard in 2016, reaching out to Rust Belt manufacturers and coal miners that had been largely abandoned by the new progressive movement’s swift attachment to intersectionality and the job-killing Green Agenda. Yet the last year’s far-reaching COVID tyranny, which is causing deep rifts between Democratic leadership and public sector union workers, has made this disconnect that much more apparent. How to interact with the Democrats in our lives is an issue many Republicans have wrestled with for some time. Frequently we maintain a “no fly zone” when it comes to discussing politics with Democrat friends and family members, often by unspoken mutual agreement. We prioritize the relationship and do not want to damage it because of political differences -- there are other bonds through which we maintain our connection. A February 2020 Pew report bears out this approach -- almost half of all adults in the U.S. have stopped discussing politics with someone. Less cordial interactions, however, are not uncommon.

NEW YORK — Health officials on Friday offered more evidence that vaccinations offer better protection against COVID-19 than immunity from a prior infection. Unvaccinated people who had been infected months earlier were 5 times more likely to get COVID-19 than fully vaccinated people who didn’t have a prior infection, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention concluded in a new study. “These data show, pretty strongly, that the vaccines are more protective against symptomatic COVID,” said Dr. Mike Saag, an infectious disease expert at the University of Alabama.
