The FDNY shut down 26 firehouses across the Big Apple as of 7:30 a.m. Saturday because of staff shortages caused by the vaccination mandate, The Post has learned. Rep. Nicole Malliotakis, a Republican who represents Staten Island and Brooklyn, tweeted Saturday that five of the companies were in her district—and said it’s Hizzoner who could have blood on his hands. “If someone dies due to a slower emergency response, it’s on Bill de Blasio and his overreaching mandates. I hope this fool fixes it ASAP!” she tweeted.(Snip) “Twenty six companies out of service is an unconscionable number,” said Councilman Joe Borelli, a Staten Island Republican who chairs

I do not support Joe Biden. The presidency is illegitimate. Maybe we need to all sit down and refuse to work, or do business, until we are respected, and our concerns are addressed. We can no longer rely on the government, the media, or the courts for anything.

FTA...'Rep. Nicole Malliotakis, a Republican who represents Staten Island and Brooklyn, tweeted Saturday that five of the companies were in her district'... Five out of 26 closed stations. That's almost 20%, I'm wondering where the other stations are located and if they are also in districts that vote mostly Republicans.

This is the height of stupidity. These men went to work every day when there was no Vaccine, many of them probably caught the Covid--survived and have natural immunity, What if they don't, what if they catch Covid, if they aren't worried about it why should anyone else be. These mandates are creating shortages all over the country, Empty shelves in stores, Ships that cannot be unloaded, and these stupid---stupid half-assed politicians are just creating more problems. Nurses Firefighters, Police Officers, people who are needed for the safety of the community being laid off and fired or suspended for a flu that has a 99% recovery rate.

What is the reason that these mandates have not been ruled unconstitutional? Is it because there are NO actual mandates? This is insanity. It has been said, countless times, that these "vaccine" does not prevent the disease, does not prevent it from being spread to others, and many are still dying after multiple jabs? The lives of all of these people are being turned upside down. There seems to one no concern for public safety. People are being attacked and or murdered anyway, but now ambulances and firefighters won't be around. Who will answer to those families?? Firing the very "essential workers" who waded into the Covid filled atmosphere, daily, that everyone else shut themselves away from. Apart from that....we know that if the Government is allowed to dictate that you inject yourself with an experimental drug "for the greater good" how far away are the "kooky" ideas of identity chips and nano particles? Does that scenario really seemed so far fetched now? There is something very wrong about all of this. To go so far as to purge the military, and essentially force all businesses to fire valuable employees, to make no allowances for natural immunity, individual heath histories, religious objections, or just plain "I don't want it" is NUTS. Now they are after the little kids? Injecting little children with, a probable 100 years of life ahead of them, with an experimental gene therapy that that FDA doctor said we have to give out the shot to know the side effects is INSANE.

Oy: It turns out the child-care provisions of the latest version of President Biden’s “Build Back Better” bill would utterly slam the middle class. Don’t take our word for it: Left-leaning Matt Bruenig offers that analysis at People’s Policy Project, laying out why middle-class families would have to pay an average $13,000 more a year. Why? Biden mandates much higher wages for child-care workers but only grants subsidies to households making their state’s median income or less. So other families get stuck paying far more. According to the left-wing Center for American Progress, the average cost of center-based infant care is $15,888
