If you check out Pfizer you will find they have always misrepresented their drugs, paid millions in fines every year to the FDA, then are allowed to still prescribe those drugs. I would guess all of the Pharma companies do the same thing. All of the drugs you see advertised on TV that you can sue for damages have ALL been approved by the FDA previously. Think about it!
