A Virginia school board superintendent who denied having 'any record' of a female student being raped by a 15-year-old 'boy in a skirt,' reported the assault to the school board the day of the attack, a newly disclosed email reveals. Loudoun Schools Superintendent Scott Ziegler had initially told parents during a June school board meeting he had no report of the sexual assault on the 15-year-old girl that took place at Stone Bridge High School on May 28.

I would probably be considered a domestic terrorist just for saying in Texas rope is cheap and trees are free. Or for just being in Texas I suppose.

He lied at the school board meeting. So I’d ALL the school board d members. They knew this happened and lied to the public. I’m sure the email has a CYA lie in it to blame the parents. Nothing happens. All resign ( at worse) with full benefits can’t imagine a Dem State AG does anything

Back in the day, Loudoun County was a beautiful, bucolic area, outside of Fairfax County and on the way to the Blue Ridge. They even had a motto — “don’t Fairfax us” (or something to that effect.). They saw how the woke ruined Fairfax County in the 80s-90s.
Now, Loudoun has out-Fairfaxed Fairfax.
Karma.

Criminal charges need to filed against Scott Ziegler.
Upon conviction, it is general population recreational yard.

Ziegler is going to need a really, really good attorney to get out of this mess. In a sane world he’d be strung up.

Where are the women's groups? They should be outraged. This girl will live with this the rest of her life no matter how much therapy she gets. The boy was sent to another school to do it again. Some adults now belong in jail.

Hope the father sues the superintendent, school board (every member), the school union, the press, and these who called the police. The father did not need to be arrested. He needed to be heard, loud and clear. Specifically not told lies.

Government schools offer zero education, loads of propaganda and daily exposure to creeps, thugs, perverts and addicts.
Now there's a bonus plan: cynical educators and administrators who claim to be acting in loco parentis but who are actually Lois Lerner types, fiddling numbers, protecting allies and oppressing enemies.

Ever wonder how a boy like that who ALREADY had one sexual assault charge pending from an incident in one school gets transferred to another school instead of simply being suspended? I do. I guess it has something to do with federal laws protecting a student's right to an education? But still. Isn't there some way to continue a perp's education without placing him right back into the school population? A kid being a kid, wouldn't he just interpret that as de facto permission to continue the same behavior? Where's the deterrence? So many laws, rules, and regulations as well as a multifaceted perspective on what one person's "rights" are vs another's has made American public education unwieldy and uncontrollable.

i note two things:
1. none of the recipients of the email chose to set the record straight
2. a foreign reporter had to uncover the news
