The Loudoun County prosecutor who sought jail time against a father who was arrested at a school board meeting after his daughter was allegedly sexually assaulted in a school bathroom has ties to progressive megadonor George Soros and Democratic Virginia gubernatorial nominee Terry McAuliffe. Loudoun County Commonwealth's Attorney Buta Biberaj was described in the explosive report by The Daily Wire as the "progressive" elected county prosecutor who ran on a platform of ending "mass incarceration," but yet she sought jail time for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, both misdemeanor charges, against Scott Smith.

Comments:

Soros is the nexus of hate and evil in our country, and perhaps the world.

The parents in Loudon County need to band together and have the school administration and the prosecutor all fired. A man has the right to defend his family. Anyone, whether he calls himself a girl or not, with a penis should not be in the girl's restroom or lockers. If need be, build transgender facilities and let them rape themselves.

Just read the replies. #6, every Loudoun County school has a special bathroom for the trannies. There was no reason for the rapist to be in the girl’s room at all. I believe he only wore a skirt for the sole purpose of entering that room and doing what he did.

Yes, that would be part of the campaign Soros mounted a few years back to put money into electing local prosecutors who were far-left radicals and were willing to not prosecute any criminals.

Sorry for the double post - had to say more. The rapist kid is not a trannie - he is likely an autogynophile - a male who gets sexual kicks by dressing as a woman. (Good example- Dr. 'Rachel' Levine - Assistant Secretary of Health in the Biden Admin.) Here are some phrases that we all can repeat - to all & sundry - that will help clarify and fight this insanity: There is no such thing as a Trans child. No child is born in the wrong body. There are children who have been confused by the gender ideology propaganda that has been taught in the schools for the last 15 years. So called Trans women are really biological males. So called Trans men are really biological females. They all need some good therapy because they have disassociated from their bodies - which is a psychological condition. etc.

Jessica, dear, I realize you probably worked very hard to get your job writing and are very careful to use the “alleged” phrase…but it appears you did not do enough research. A rape kit established that she had in fact, been forcibly raped and also forced to commit fellatio. There is no allegation here, only horrible, brutal truth. Another reason public school enrollment is dropping. I realize that there are parents who aren’t able to home school or afford a private school and this is going to be a huge problem when the public schools are only populated by poor minority kids making those schools even more violent hell-holes than they are now.

With Democrats controlling the Senate, it comes as no surprise that President Biden has successfully nominated dozens of federal judges, but nearly all of those picks enjoyed the support of a high-profile Republican: Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C. Graham, who until January was the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, voted in favor of all but three of Biden’s picks who have gone before the full Senate for votes. In two of those cases he did not vote at all, and he voted no in just one. In a political environment that has become highly polarized – particularly when it comes to presidential nominations – Graham’s approach to judicial nominations

A report on NBC's "Today" Saturday fact-checked Dr. Anthony Fauci’s fear – made on its cable arm MSNBC – of a dramatic COVID-19 surge from crowded football stadiums, saying it "never happened." NBC reporter Shaquille Brewster reported packed stadiums for sporting events have not become "super-spreader events" for the coronavirus. "For weeks, crowds in the tens of thousands, mostly unmasked, have sat side-by-side now cheering on their teams at the halfway point of the season," Brewster reported. "All while doctors warned of games becoming potential super-spreader events. A frightening prospect at the time with hospitals already on the brink." Brewster cited Fauci’s theory that packed college games would lead to rising COVID cases

To paraphrase Jeff Foxworthy, if you feel a shiver of excitement when “school shooting” trends on Twitter, you just might be woke. Last Wednesday, Erica -- a nurse and “humanist” -- proved her wokeness in spades. “They’re already making excuses for the shooter ‘he got in a fight with someone,’” she tweeted. “Okay, but who chooses to shoot people? White males are a problem #TexasShooter #EnoughIsEnough.” Although reluctant to admit as much, many on the Left welcome a school shooting. Perhaps more than any other event, a shooting reinforces their empty mishmash of a worldview. It allows them to flaunt their hatred both of guns and of their lily-white selves.

Who else but Mark Twain could have said, "Whiskey is for drinkin'. Water is for fightin'"? A few years after the Civil War, a one-armed veteran of the conflict did exhaustive explorations of the arid West. John Wesley Powel is credited with nailing down the difference between the eastern U.S. and the drought-prone west. This leads us to a tale of two cities: Los Angeles and San Francisco. At the beginning of the 20th century, both relied on well water to sustain their populations. And both had ambitious plans to build aqueducts to import snow melt from the fairly distant Sierra Nevada mountains.

Like other ranchers across the country, Rusty Kemp for years grumbled about rock-bottom prices paid for the cattle he raised in central Nebraska, even as the cost of beef at grocery stores kept climbing. He and his neighbors blamed it on consolidation in the beef industry stretching back to the 1970s that resulted in four companies slaughtering over 80% of the nation’s cattle, giving the processors more power to set prices while ranchers struggled to make a living. Federal data show that for every dollar spent on food, the share that went to ranchers and farmers dropped from 35 cents in the 1970s to 14 cents recently.
