Illinois Dems unveil new congressional
map Friday as Republican Kinzinger reviews
his options

Democrats in the Illinois General Assembly released the proposed new congressional map on Friday, with the lines drawn to yield 14 Democratic and three Republican districts. The current House delegation is made up of 13 Democrats and five Republicans. Illinois lost a seat because of population shifts reflected in the 2020 census. The potential three-seat pickup for Democrats in the Illinois remap could determine whether Democrats, led by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, continue to control the House after the 2022 elections. Pelosi at present holds onto the House with a Democrat margin as slim as three votes.

Comments:

Illinois' Communist Party delivers an absolutely pathetic redistricting map, as expected. We are losing one seat, but they are going for broke trying for a 3 seat flip (+1 Communist, -2 RINO). We would be losing that puke Kinzinger and Rodney Davis, who is about as spineless as any jellyfish. The only problem is that it helps keep the House communist for Nasty Nanzi.

Wishful thinking by the libtard author - two lost GOP seats in Illinois isn't going to be enough to stop the red tsunami that's about to sweep the rest of the country.

Illinois will be represented almost entirely by the minority party starting in January 2023. It will be time to claw back some of the excessive funding dumped into the Chicago wasteland.

Ohio repubs best pay attention to this...they have an opportunity to simply zero out Kapturs "Snake by the Lake" gerrymandered district(one of 5 worst in the nation), instead they are trying to draw purple places across the entire state to be "Fair", thinking that will help "Us" in the longer run. There will not BE a longer run if they do not "Fight" now. Note that 2 of the other top 5 worst Gerrymanders are in Illinois..and are kept in this new map, adding several more verrrry strange shapes as well. Dem control in Illinois is what CAUSED the State to lose people, lose a seat...to now take that to draw away 3 repub seats and add to their own power? They Fight to WIN, and treat it like War.. Repubs....If ya wanna be Fair and Magnanimous? Do so as victors...not as the vanquished. WIN first.

It's time for the red controlled states to do the same thing. And we can listen to the dems whining about how unfair it is. Texas and Florida would be two good places to start.

Watch Democrats in one party blue states to try this, with of course no cries of gerrymandering from their compliant media whores. That and vote fraud are their only ways to remain in power.

Dozens of climate activists have been arrested after they clashed with police in Washington DC and forced their way into the Interior Department building in scenes that some have called reminiscent of the US Capitol riot. An Interior Department spokeswoman said a group of demonstrators rushed the lobby on Thursday, injuring multiple security officers, at least of whom was taken to a nearby hospital. Police and protesters clashed outside the building, and officers used Tasers and batons against several unarmed protesters, representatives for the activist group said. The group said 55 participants were arrested. The dramatic scenes came during five days of demonstrations in the capital

The Delta head revealed on "The Claman Countdown" that the company has reached a more than 90% vaccination rate and expects it to rise another 5% within the next month without a mandate in place. "The reason the mandate was put in by president, I believe, was because they wanted to make sure companies had a plan to get their employees vaccinated," he said. U.S. health advisers endorsed a booster of Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine Friday, citing growing worry that Americans who got the single-dose shot aren’t as protected as those given two-dose brands. Advisers to the Food and Drug Administration weighed J&J’s proposal for a flexible booster schedule. The company said the extra dose adds important protection as early as two months after initial vaccination -- but that it might work better if people wait until six months later. The FDA’s advisory panel voted unanimously that the booster should be offered at least two months after immunization but didn’t suggest a firm time.

The Biden administration told the courts late Thursday that it plans to re-implement the Trump-era Remain in Mexico policy in mid-November if it can get buy-in from the neighboring government. The move comes after an initial victory by Texas and Missouri in a suit that argued the Biden administration too hastily withdrew the policy, under which the U.S. transported 70,000 asylum seekers to Mexico to await a determination in their case. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has appealed the case and is working on a memo to rescind the program anew, but it still required to reimplement what was formally termed the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) “in good faith.”
