More than 500 pages of internal documents from DC Metropolitan Police concerning the fatal shooting of Ashli Babbitt in the Capitol on Jan. 6 reveal witness accounts stating she was not holding a weapon at the time of her death and how "upset" the officer was after shooting her. "These previously secret records show there was no good reason to shoot and kill Ashli Babbitt," stated Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, which obtained the documents through a May 2021 FOIA lawsuit.

Comments:

The murderer of Ashli Babbitt must be prosecuted.

They picked an innocent victim to provoke a riot among Trump people. It didn't work. We don't do stuff like that. Pelosi and her minions still have no idea who we are.

Anyone who has received any training on the use of firearms knew this when it happened. The aftermath of the shooting is a coverup by Pelosi's Capitol Police, pure and simple. The victim is a white MAGA supporter, the shooter was black. It's George Floyd in reverse.

The shooter shot an innocent woman for no reason, but to prolong the "insurrection". He also left his gun in the restroom. in 2019. Who does this? I submit both actions were done on purpose to start a riot.

The latest outreach to the oil industry is an awkward shift for the Biden administration, which has pledged to move the country away from fossil fuels and has drawn criticism from the industry and Republicans for pausing lease sales of federal land for oil and gas development.

Gov. J.B. Pritzker has been working to change the Health Care Right of Conscience Act, which some have invoked in the fight against COVID-19 vaccine mandates. The 1998 Health Right of Conscience Act bans discrimination because of such persons’ refusal to receive or participate in any way in any particular form of health care services contrary to his or her conscience. Some have said the law allows people to avoid getting the COVID-19 vaccine and evade Pritzker’s executive order mandating vaccination or regularly testing for health care workers, educators and other state employees.
