A blue bus with the words "Enough is Enough" rolled into Fort Myers, Fla., with much fanfare on Monday, greeted by small business supporters and the local congressman. It was the latest in a high-profile tour railing against the Biden administration's economic policies, one that has captured the fancy of talk radio, Fox News and many business entrepreneurs as worries grow that a perfect economic storm may be forming from the combined forces of inflation, tax increases, large federal spending and regulatory overreach. Two weeks earlier, a lawsuit was announced on behalf of small businesses challenging the Biden administration's COVID-19 vaccine mandate, rousing cheers from the mom and pop shops

Comments:

To our rescue! Americans find a way. I'm tickled that this group is funded by large-business owners who started as small-business founders, like Bernie Marcus of Home Depot.

They are lucky there hasn't been shooting by now, I mean by conservatives. These people have been burned out, beaten, shoplifted, closed down due to mandates and made to enforce stupid mask laws. How much more can most businesses take before shutting down or moving into more friendly locales? One could get the idea that the democrats are trying their best to kill the economy.

Headline was confusing. The people who abandoned the conservatives were the organizers of the older, small business representative firms, U.S. Chamber and the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB).

NFIB USED to be strong and good for small business. They clearly defined issues before small businesses and usually presented them in a Pro/Con format making for better understanding of what was at hand. Our small cabinet shop was a member for decades. We dropped them several years ago. All dues - no help.

Litigation is expensive and generally inconclusive as trials and appeals mount, complete with injunctions and stays... The country needs a national strike - producers UNITE! And that includes small business owners, whose profitability is being crushed by the economic policies of this Administration. People demand someone stand up...they're communicating with our elites by sitting down and doing nothing, for a week. The big rigs should be jamming our interstates at strategic junctions. No public transportation. No gas deliveries. No toilet paper. No new X-boxes at Walmart. Let's see the college students and racist agitators fix that. STRIKE!

Why do you think Facebook is so excited about Section 230 reform and government regulation of Big Tech – did it suddenly start caring about free speech and the rights of citizens and unicorn liberation? No. We can’t throw these aspiring dictators into the briar patch that is government-run regulation. As Admiral Ackbar, and anyone who is even vaguely conscious sees, it’s a trap. There’s a better way, a way that will actually bring these creepy nanny statists to heel. It’s not traditional regulation – the creation of some sort of Department of Social Media serves the interests of both Big Tech and the Democrats, and it will make the internet substantially

The CDC adopted a "double-standard exclusively for COVID-19 data collection" that inflated cases and deaths starting early in the pandemic, violating multiple federal laws and distorting mitigation policies, Oregon lawmakers told the feds' top lawyer in the state. Advised by "a large team of world-renowned doctors, epidemiologists, virologists, and attorneys," state Senators Kim Thatcher and Dennis Linthicum petitioned U.S. Attorney Scott Asphaug to approve a grand jury investigation into how the pandemic is being measured. "Public health policy must be based upon accurate and independently verifiable data to optimize outcomes and strengthen the public's trust in the people leading them through this crisis," the Republican lawmakers, whose state has imposed some of

There’s scarcely a place in the modern world which will not be feeling the high cost and discomfort of a shortage of energy supplies and their increasingly soaring prices. Lebanon already is. Due to a shortage of oil, the two power plants that supply 40% of that country’s electricity shut down. (Snip) Ironically, this means coal -- the dirtiest possible fuel -- is back in huge demand, Despite an import ban on Australian coal, China relented and has begun unloading Australian coal because of an extreme power crunch. Coal is now in demand in Europe as gas prices soar and the EU’s energy policies are in large responsible:

A growing number of Americans are facing the imminent loss of their livelihoods, economic uncertainty, and in some cases financial ruin, not because of mass layoffs prompted by economic recession or the collapse of their industries, but simply because they refuse to get a COVID-19 shot. These workers occupy every corner of the American economy, from health care to entertainment, law enforcement to IT, food service to academia. What unites them is the firm belief that they should not be forced to get a COVID-19 vaccine, whether by the government or their employer, under the threat of losing their job. As vaccine mandate deadlines loom, this threat is becoming a reality.

American Greatness recently caught up with American doctor and virologist Robert Malone in Rome last month. (Snip) In this interview, Malone, who was among the pioneers of mRNA vaccine technology in the late 1980s, recounts his belief that genetic vaccines such as mRNA and viral vector vaccines may risk causing antibody dependant enhancement—where a vaccine causes the production of rogue antibodies, which coming into contact with the virus, act as a Trojan Horse shuttling it, now unchallenged by the immune system, directly into the host cell where it can replicate unhindered. He believes that the viral load in vaccinated people who are infected is not just as high

Many highly accomplished and credentialed medical professionals have put their careers and reputations on the line with their public opposition to the failed COVID strategies of the global biomedical complex. For this, the corporate media has done everything it can to discredit them, and suppress their alternative message. Over 9,100 medical doctors and scientists have signed a document charging policy-makers with potential “crimes against humanity,” accusing them of preventing physicians from providing life-saving treatments for their patients and suppressing open scientific discussion. The now-famous “Rome Declaration” wasn’t even the first time a large number of medical experts had gone on the record to reject the tenets of the church of COVID.

After Biden evacuated tens of thousands of Afghan “translators”, refugee resettlement groups are desperately looking for translators to translate to the translators. Why do Afghan translators, who were supposed to be able to translate from English to their native language, need help from translators? It’s because they’re not translators. (Snip) But by the end, almost any Afghan who worked for any U.S. organization could apply for a visa. Biden’s disastrous Afghanistan retreat made that existing scam so much worse because he didn’t evacuate the approved SIV visa holders who might have actually worked for the U.S. State Department sources have said that the majority of SIVs were actually left behind.

Older adults without heart disease should not take daily low-dose aspirin to prevent a first heart attack or stroke, a panel of experts said on Tuesday. In new draft guidance, the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (UPSTF) said that recent evidence has shown the risks of side effects far outweigh any potential benefits for seniors. This means that low-dose, or baby, aspirin should only be taken daily by patients have had a heart attack or stroke in the past or by younger adults with no bleeding risks. If finalized, the advice would backtrack on recommendations the panel issued in 2016 for helping prevent a first heart attack and stroke

The voluntary goals finalized Wednesday for 163 foods are intended to help lower the amount of salt people eat. A majority of the sodium in U.S. diets comes from packaged or restaurant foods — not the salt added to meals at home — making it hard for people to make changes on their own. To get people used to eating less salt, the Food and Drug Administration said reductions have to be gradual and  CORRECTIONS*
