Suspected members of a Mexican cartel were caught on video firing multiple rounds of bullets across the border into Texas on Thursday. The footage was captured by a reporter amid reports that Texas National Guard members in Starr County have seen cartel gunfights increase near the border recently.(Snip)'In the later night hours, we started seeing a constant stream of these rafts and these human smugglers, and they were bringing across hundreds of family units,' he said. 'You'll see the smugglers—they weren't afraid.(Snip)National Guard soldiers say they have been unable to arrest the human smugglers when they reach the shoreline for fear of retaliation.
There are no shortage of combat veterans in the US military right now. Perhaps its time to exterminate the Cartels out to a buffer of 50 miles inside Mexico, and declare a free fire no mans land within 5 miles of the border.
The Mexicans have a army of their own, and yet they allow both the caravans and the trafficking to occur. That is essentially an act of war. AMLO also knows that Xiden is a gutless coward that will do none of the above.

A good sniper should have been ready to take these thugs out.

Why is this not considered an act of war? Our country is fired upon from another country. It’s way past time to shoot back. Actually a couple bombs shoujd be dropped. Immediately!

That's called an "Act of War." They should have been given the order to deploy and destroy the enemy. Of course they'll never get that order from today's military and especially the State Department under "Never Thinkin Blinken."

If this situation gets any worse, we may have to call it a "crisis".

And if that happens, #6, expect another sternly worded letter from GOP leadership to address the crisis.

Does the NG even have ammo, or allowed to return fire? I'll take a guess.
This it why a 'Regulated Militia' is enshrined in the 2nd.

Looks like the Wild West borderline is regressing back to the pre World War One Pancho Villa era.

Washington, DC where are you? This is an act of war. Maybe it's time to do something.

Firing into the USA by Mexican cartels. It looked like the Israelis being attacked with rockets. I think we need to set up that system that shoots down incoming. I think this event is worse than covid. It will escalate into an all out war on our border and the rest of the US. Made me think...are the chinese firing these weapons (our weapons Biden left in Afghan?) or maybe some ME outfit TalleyBan, IsisK? Is this the new norm for our border states? I don't see any growling by Biden. Just another day in the destruction of the US.

Hours, days, weeks, months and years are passing and the Invasion of Texas from MX cartels, sex trafficking “business people” escorting their child victims to work in this filthy slave trade all across the nation continues. In South Texas cities, these groups are easy to spot and move around with no fear. The only bright spot I see when it comes to Texas governing is the hope of Colonel Allen West becoming our next Governor.
We all know the Texas NG is mere window dressing. Mexican border guards are ARMED and our guys are neutered. How embarrassing !
The Texas Senators Cruz and Cornyn remain gelded by the cheap labor lobbies that build their war chests to keep them in office. They could care less about Texas!!

This why napalm was invented, or perhaps the use of gunships.

The state of Texas can find nothing that violates state law in any of this...is that right Gov. Abbott? AG Ken Paxton? Those "immigrants" are more like D-Day invaders, coming in under suppressive gunfire. There's just nothing illegal about it...yeah, right.

June 1, 2021: "Governor Greg Abbott today issued a disaster declaration along Texas' southern border in response to the border crisis, providing more resources and strategies to combat the ongoing influx of unlawful immigrants. The Governor is authorizing the use of all necessary and available state and local resources to protect landowners in these counties from trespassers and the damage they cause to private property. The Governor has also directed the Texas Department of Public Safety to enforce all federal and state criminal laws, including criminal trespassing, smuggling, and human trafficking."

In 1916, the US invaded Mexico to hunt down Poncho Villa afer he had attacked Columbus NM.
If we had a president with low hangers, an ultimatum would be delivered to Mexico. Get your side of the border under control immediately, or we will.

American border agents should do that, fire just in the air above the head of the illegals, it really might stop them rather than the border czar's
Kamel's warning : do not come! Do not come!

Those Mexicans who fired a machine gun into the USA in normal times would be poking the bear. But these days they have no respect for Biden. If Trump was President and they did that, they would have been droned with an air to ground missile.

The Texas National Guard admits that they're only there for show, using costly equipment to observe endless streams of Newcomers entering the USA. How, may you ask, can a poor family afford $12,000 to pay the smugglers? Easy, they work if off once here by helping Mexican drug and sex trafficking cartels expand their networks here. Showboy Gov. Abbott continues to disappoint, despite his bluster, and the guns probably were handed to the cartels by Attorney General Eric Holder and Gay Barry as part of the Fast and Furious operation, for which no one was prosecuted.
