The teenage gunman who opened fire in an Arlington, Texas, school on Wednesday celebrated at home after being released on a $75,000 bond while his victims, a 15-year-old boy and a 25-year-old teacher, remained in the hospital, one of them clinging to life. Timothy George Simpkins was being held on a $75,000 bond on three charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon but the 18-year-old walked out of Tarrant County Jail on Thursday afternoon. A bondsman met the bail terms on Thursday, posting at least some of the full amount, and he walked free. On Wednesday, he pulled a gun from his backpack and shot

DM doesn't believe that ANYONE under ANY circumstances has a right to self defense, so their "coverage" is drenched in hate against anyone who is not a cop who uses a gun, regardless of circumstances.

I wonder how he could afford a $40,000 car at age 18.

Gaslighting: The shooter is the “bully” who tried to take out a 15-year-old; think drug boy living large.

Family lives in a $400K home. Not many people can afford that. Must be the son of an NFL player.

Some advice for this POS; "Eat drink and be merry for tomorrow you will..." He and his may duck some of the criminal charges but the civil actions are going to be a monster.

We don't have all the facts, and much of the Enemedia is against self-defense, slants all articles against it.
He'll be judged by a jury, and hopefully will get a fair trial. None of us here know the details of what really happened at this point. I'm reserving judgement until later.

Wow, been a long time since a lot of you were young, and clearly have no clue what a ‘15 yo’ can look like.
So, the young man should have spent every day terrified that this GANG of punks who were jealous of his PARENTS being successful were going to beat on him again and again and again?
Oderint dum metuant.
Next time kid, stay off school property when ridding the world of vermin.

I see your point, #11, and I have a point nobody has brought up. He is 18, not 13 so he had quite a but of u derstanfing what he was doing. The feral bullies in public school would naturally bully a black kid with his car, clothes. So WHY did a family with the means to live in a 400K home not private school this young man. Talk about stupid. Bottom line, if THIS kid is deemed innocent when he brings a GUN to school with intent to use it, and innocents lie seriously injured, then there are some other bullying cases where white boys still sit in jail that need to be revisited!

I do not consider this kid innocent-he clearly did it-and it was both stupid and wrong. I do not want to encourage this type of resolution, but sometimes…..well, a man has to hoist the black flag and…..
The best way it was ever dealt with when I was coming up, was the year the Coach took the fighters to the gym, gloved em up and said now finish it.
Sadly, that was but one year. A year, and time now long gone in America.

Bullies can be relentless in their bullying.
The 15 year old was a big kid, and focused on beating down an 18 year old who weighed 135 pounds. Watch the fight video.
If the 15 year old is, in fact, a bully, he may change his ways.
As for the 18 year old shooter, why is he wearing a grill in one of the photos? I thought that was out of style.
And why does he possess belongings that only a drug dealer could afford? and where did he get the gun? And why does he live with grandma?
If journalism had not died, we would know the answers to my questions.
