A district court judge issued a Temporary Restraining Order blocking Texas S.B. 8 abortion law on Wednesday, finding in favor of the U.S. Department of Justice, which had sought the order to block the law from going into effect. "A person’s right under the Constitution to choose to obtain an abortion prior to fetal viability is well established. Fully aware that depriving its citizens of this right by direct state action would be flagrantly unconstitutional, the State contrived an unprecedented and transparent statutory scheme to do just that," U.S. District Judge Robert Pittman, of the Western District of Texas, Austin Division, wrote in a 113-page ruling.

There is no right under the Constitution to seek an abortion. The robed csucker needs to show me where that is enumerated at.
States have no power under the Federal Government - the robed arseholes make certain of that.

Sorry I have no sympathy or mercy for females who commit the murder of their unborn children just so they can sleep around like the prostitutes they are and face no consequences. Were it up to me, they would face capital murder charges.

SCOTUS had already allowed the law to go into effect. Obviously this d-bag Soetoro appointee thinks he's above SCOTUS.

"under the Constitution...well established".
Liar. NOT anywhere in the Constitution, or penumbras, or shadows or even a hint, that murdering babies is OK.

At one time, there were well established laws supporting slavery. Thank goodness they did not last.

I have a problem with #2 making the statement "And we wonder why God is deserting us" because it presents God in a bad light. God is not deserting us - people are.

Let me rephrase that. God is not deserting people - people are deserting Him. People in all aspects of life feel they don't need God anymore. They think they can do it on their own.

How is it that these Leftists are always able to order up a judge to do their bidding, yet not one conservative judge seems interested in the theft of a presidential election?
I remember after a 700,000 vote lead for Trump disappeared overnight in my home state of PA, Supreme Court Justice Alito ordered that the ballots counted after election day be segregated. That was the last I heard from a conservative judge and nothing ever came out of it. They probably just ignored him anyway, especially in Philadelphia where there Marxists run the city and most of the fraud occurred..
Why is Arizona AG Brnovich hesitating? Are there no honest attorneys general, judges, or other dedicated law enforcement left in this country who will stop this Marxist takeover? We need some heroes with badges to take action before it's too late. Once freedom is lost, it's not easy to get back, especially when a police state is in place. The Soviet Union was under iron rule for more 70 years after The Russian Revolution, even though the people knew the government was corrupt. I was hopeful that our military would intervene and save our country but the clock is ticking.

FTA. "A person’s right under the Constitution to choose to obtain an abortion prior to fetal viability is well established". Show me where. It doesn't say so anywhere. Griswald vs Connecticut is to me a non starter.

But .. But.. But Chief Justice Roberts said there are no Obama judges!
Roberts also lied to allow unconstitutional Obamacare. No wonder the faith in the courts in general and SCOTUS in particular continues to decline.

Did this judge forget or ignore the Supreme Court ruling on this already? Is this like when the Biden/Obama regime ignored the Supreme Court on the landlord/renter law? Are the Supremes useless today? They're sure quiet.

If this was poker, I’d see your TRO and raise you one big PRO (Permanent Restraining Order) on the entire Democrat thug gang!
And deport Obama and the squad!
And re-instate President Trump!
Just the beginning of making our beloved America great again and not so damn Marxist!
