LOUDOUN COUNTY, VIRGINIA — A few hundred protestors gathered Tuesday evening outside of a Loudoun County Public Schools board meeting to push back against what they say are far-left Critical Race Theory and transgender policies. Many of the protestors told the Daily Caller News Foundation that they were inspired to attend the rally by The Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh, who flew in from Tennessee to speak to the the school board of Loudoun County, a battleground for progressive education policies including LGBT issues, Critical Race Theory, and racial reparations.

Hospitals in New York state suspended or fired scores of workers Tuesday after they refused to comply with the state’s new mandate for health care employees to be vaccinated for coronavirus, officials said Tuesday.
St. Barnabas Hospital in The Bronx reported that 98 workers, mostly in its housekeeping and nursing divisions, failed to show proof of getting a COVID-19 shot.
But that number had dropped from 140 employees earlier on Monday, an indication that the workers now realize the edict to get vaccinated — or get fired — is real and many are complying at the last minute to keep their jobs.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention also recommended a booster shot for these groups of people.
Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., questioned Tuesday if the United States should rethink its diplomatic relationship with Australia given its strict, military-enforced COVID-19 lockdowns.
Speaking at the International Boat Builders’ Exhibition and Conference in Tampa, DeSantis touched on his own state's response to the virus, saying, "I really believe that if we had not done what we did during the last year and a half to keep the state open, to protect people’s jobs, to protect our small businesses, to protect our kids being able to go to school — if we had not done that, a lot of these other states wouldn’t have followed.

Nassau County Sheriff Bill Leeper is calling on armed citizens in his county to “blow [35-year-old Patrick McDowell] out the door” if he targets their home.
McDowell is wanted for allegedly shooting Nassau County Sheriff’s Deputy Joshua Moyers during a traffic stop Friday. The New York Post reports that Moyers is not expected to survive and is being kept alive “until a match can be found for his organs.”
