Why are the governor and mayor of New York taking a meeting at the World Trade Center with the Two Megxiteers? Harry and Meghan threw away their royal obligations as vigorously as John Kerry threw away his Vietnam War service ribbons. I say we treat them like any other tourists. These people are entitled to no more bowing and scraping than the Kansas City Royals. Meghan’s brand — California New-Age I’m-Still-on-a-Journey-of-Self-Discovery-in-Middle-Age — and Harry’s palace-born entitlement have intermingled to create the most appalling British-American monster since Madonna’s “Madge” period. At least Madge didn’t mumble about climate change and global poverty, though.

During a Sunday morning interview with far-left Fox News anchor Chris Wallace, Biden DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said the Biden administration opposes the border wall because it’s a “proud tradition” for the United States to let people in illegally through the southern border.
“Why did you allow them in the country in the first place? Why didn’t you build – forgive me – a wall? Or a fence, from stopping this flood of people from coming across the dam. It looks like a highway when they cross the Rio Grande,” Wallace asked.
The response from Mayorkas was simply mindblowing.

We love horses in Texas. We love law enforcement officers. And we really like it when law enforcement officers ride on horses. Heck, we have a museum in Waco for the Lone Ranger, the most famous one on a horse.
This is why there is so much outrage down in South Texas over the infamous "whip" claim, especially since the officer was not using one.

Conservative Republican policies are by far best-suited to protect that American freedom for generations to come – our values of faith, freedom, and family connect with the broader Hispanic community. Unfortunately, Democrats cannot say the same.

Rep. Stephanie Murphy (D-FL) admitted Friday she may lose her House seat before announcing a 2022 reelection campaign.
“With help of gerrymandering, voter suppression, and record breaking fundraising, Republicans have a real shot at making it happen,” Murphy’s fundraising email stated about her chances of losing a seat she has not yet stated she is running to keep.

Scientists are working on antiviral pills to treat the Chinese coronavirus, a prospect that could come to fruition “within the next several months.”
Researchers are working on oral antiviral drugs to treat the coronavirus as the Biden administration continues to push vaccines and vaccine booster shots for those eligible. Clinical trials of the drugs are underway, and results are expected in the coming months.
“I think that we will have answers as to what these pills are capable of within the next several months,” Carl Dieffenbach, director of the Division of AIDS at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said, according to NBC News.

The U.S. tax code is gargantuan and convoluted beyond all human comprehension. According to the Tax Foundation, if you count the actual tax laws, you end up with over 2,600 pages. But if you add the IRS regulations and clarifications, you get another roughly 9,000 pages. Finally, if you then add tax case law, you get 70,000 more pages.
Considering such vast complexity, it doesn't really matter what basic tax rates are. There is a widespread and legitimate feeling that people who can afford shrewd attorneys will always find loopholes, and therefore nothing much will change.

A university in Washington has created segregated housing specifically for Black students. Western Washington University has designated the fourth floor of Alma Clark Glass Hall as housing reserved for its "Black Affinity Housing program," becoming the latest school to adopt such a program. An ‘anti-vaxxer’ catches COVID

“If I catch COVID, there is zero chance I will die.” So I told my father a few weeks ago while discussing the never-ending government restrictions (snip) Then earlier this month I caught the trendy virus. Secretly, I had some angst that somehow karma would hit me and send me to the hospital, mostly dreading the “I told you so” scolding of the vaccine bullies.
But just as I suspected, my sickness was easily managed (snip) when I went to the local COVID testing center to confirm my infection, the snotty man registering symptomatic arrivals asked if I also wanted to get vaccinated
The U.S. on Monday accused Iran of violating an agreement made only two weeks ago by barring International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) inspectors from a workshop where uranium enrichment centrifuges are produced. The U.S. threatened Iran with “diplomatic retaliation” if it continues obstructing inspectors.
The centrifuge facility at TESA Karaj became a major concern for the IAEA in June when monitoring cameras at the site were apparently sabotaged and removed by the Iranians. Footage from one of the destroyed cameras remains unaccounted for.
