Friendly Reminder: We’re Going to Run
Out of Money in Less Than a Month

Original Article

How many crises can arise under the watch of President Dementia? The border is out of control. Inflation is rising. Job creation is grinding to a halt. Our allies are infuriated over our Afghanistan exit. France has recalled its ambassador over a disagreement in a US-UK-Australia defense pact. And now, we’re about to run out of money. On September 30, the government’s operating budget expires. On top of that, we need to raise the debt ceiling as well. On that issue, we’ve been heading in this direction for weeks. We failed to raise the debt limit during the summer. We’ve been in what the Treasury calls “extraordinary measures”

Comments:

Lovely!! And Dementia Joe continues to stick his head in his backside!! Wonder how Jen-occhio lies her way out of THIS one!!

They knew about this for months, but still sent everyone $600 checks, gave millions of people $600 then $300 per wee to not work, then forgave any income taxes on their unemployment. Then the feds decided to vastly increase most peoples food stamps to m I re than they could possibly use. Then came the child freebie money each month for people with kids. No wonder there is no money! Foolish giveaways by foolish politicians looking for votes. Now, the foolish Democrats cry about default while trying to add trillions of additional debt. They make no sense. Someone needs to take their credit cards away!

Balanced budget starts on that day. At that point, Federal Government can only spend what money it collects from taxes and import/export duties, about $3 TRILLION A YEAR. Can’t spend $8 TRILLION by borrowing $5 TRILLION. I think US credit ratings would strengthen, because the Politicians couldn’t add MORE AND MORE DEBT UNTIL THINGS BROKE DOWN.

When ordinary intelligent people run out of money, they realize they must: earn more, spend less, or both. But the govt NEVER runs out of money. It's sad to know that they will never fix this without: borrowing MORE money, or printing more Vaporcurrency.

The Republicans in the Senate have all but promised not to filibuster an attempt to raise the debt ceiling...they just won't vote for it. If the Democrats can get every Democrat Senator to vote for it, they can pass it without any Republican votes. I believe that the only reason that the Republicans have not promised not to filibuster it is because they know that if they make such a promise the Dems will load it up with a bunch of other stuff. The Repubs are keeping the filibuster on the table to limit what the Dems try to add on to the debt ceiling bill. On the other hand, the Dems want raising the debt ceiling to be bipartisan so that their "moderates" can vote against it.

It's become clear since the January 6 protest that there's not a scintilla of truth to the leftist narrative that an insurrection occurred. Nevertheless, the Democrats have used this hoax narrative to criminalize conservative protests. In Biden's America, conservatives will always be too paranoid — and rightly so — to exercise their First Amendment rights because they know that the crowd will be infiltrated by FBI agents acting as agents provocateurs. They know that if they're illegally entrapped this way, they will become Public Enemy No. 1 and end up as political prisoners. And Julie Kelly has a heartbreaking article to prove that.

For several decades, we've been harangued by left-wing harbingers of doom, screeching at 140 decibels that global warming — i.e., the gradual heating of Earth's surface, oceans, and atmosphere — is caused by human activity, primarily the burning of fossil fuels that pump carbon dioxide (CO2), methane, and other greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. They lecture us about the long-term rise of the planet's temperature, caused by our shameful carbon footprints, which we selfishly use to drive our cars, air-condition our homes, and generally enjoy comfortable lives. The Hunter Biden e-mail coverup may not be the most contemptible example of the modern political media’s corruption, but it is probably the most demonstrable. Politico reports that Ben Schreckinger’s new book, “The Bidens: Inside the First Family’s Fifty-Year Rise to Power,” corroborates much of the New York Post’s pre-election reporting on Hunter Biden’s e-mails. Two of them stick out: The first is a 2015 missive from a Ukrainian businessman thanking Hunter for the chance to meet Joe Biden — then, still vice president. The second is a 2017 e-mail in which a proposed equity breakdown of a venture with Chinese energy executives included the line,

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi plans a vote soon to push Sen. Bernie Sanders’ $3.5 trillion socialist dream budget one step closer to law. The news grows worse from there. Every other detail about this onerous legislation merits scorn, revulsion and rejection. The Build Back Better budget resolution boasts a $3.5 trillion price tag. Taxpayers should be so lucky. This figure assumes that several key initiatives, including the child tax credit, will expire in three to five years. Since government programs are virtually immortal, this is not wishful thinking. It’s pure fantasy. Reasonably assuming that these programs grind on for 10 years swells the budget’s true price to $5.5 trillion.

A few cases of infectious diseases for which most Americans are vaccinated have started popping up among the Afghan evacuees recently brought into the United States. The CDC posted an announcement on its website warning medical professionals and staff of the possibility of Afghan refugees bringing infectious diseases like measles, mumps, and rubella into the country during their evacuation. Most Americans have been vaccinated against all those diseases.
