FDA Advisory Panel Rejects COVID Booster
Shot for Most Americans

Original Article

An advisory panel to the Food and Drug Administration on Friday recommended against approving a booster shot of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to most Americans. The scientific advisory committee voted 16-to-3 against recommending the additional shots, thwarting the Biden administration’s hopes that the FDA would approve the third shot in time to begin rolling out the extra dose for Pfizer recipients next week. The vote followed a daylong debate in which a number of the panel’s independent experts questioned whether the data justified a broad rollout of an additional shot to most Americans while the vaccines still appear to offer strong protection against severe COVID-19 disease and hospitalization.

The drug companies are going to find the FDA approval of their first shots is going to eat their profits, as the injured are permitted to sue. If you are coerced into taking the shot, make sure it is the FDA approved shot, which the drug companies have changed the name, to keep those shots with product liability separate from those with no product liability.

A third shot isn't needed except for those of us over the age of 65. Oh joy. The first shot must have been saline solution. It had no affect on me at all. Not even a sore arm. The second shot just made me exhausted for two days. So what side effects can I expect to have with a third shot? Perhaps I'll grow a third arm. Maybe it will cure my bald spot on the top of my head. I hope I'll gain a new skill such as the ability to become a concert pianist. I'm inclined to say the hell with getting a third shot. I pretty much dodged a bullet with the first two shots. I'm not really interested in pressing my luck with a third shot.

The Article includes: "However, the panel voted 18-0 in favor of recommending a booster shot for anyone over 65 or anyone who is at high risk of severe disease from COVID-19." [snip] "The CDC’s Dr. Sara Oliver presented data showing that vaccines continue to offer robust protection against severe forms of COVID-19 in the U.S., even in people 75 and older." As the vaccines continue to offer robust protection even in people 75 and older, why should healthy people OVER 65 get a booster shot?!

It will be interesting to see how Joe “Follow the Science” Biden spins this. He’ll probably have the CDC recommend boosters anyway and then do a victory lap in front of his teleprompter. We don’t need no stinkin’ FDA.

Senate parliamentarian rules amnesty out

Politico reports that the Senate parliamentarian, Elizabeth MacDonough, has decided that providing a pathway to legal status and citizenship for illegal immigrants is not a budget-related matter, and therefore cannot be enacted through the “reconciliation” process. This seems to mean that when the Democrats finally get around to passing budget reconciliation legislation, which they can do with a simple Senate majority, it will not include amnesty. To accomplish amnesty, the Dems will need 60 votes, and they don’t have them.

While much of the legislative attention has been on the bipartisan infrastructure deal and the far-left $3.5T reconciliation bill, a more pressing battle is taking shape. In order to avoid default and to pay for all the Democrats’ wildest dreams, the debt ceiling needs to be raised. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has already called Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell in a desperate plea to get Republicans to play along. He was having none of it though, as McConnell let it be known that Democrats were on their own

Joe Biden’s presidency is hanging by a thread as his entire legislative agenda sits on the knife’s edge of total failure. As it stands now, the passage of the $3.5 trillion “Build Back Better” budget bill, the party’s cherished “For the People Act” voting rights bill, and the bipartisan infrastructure bill passed by the Senate earlier this summer are all going down to defeat. The radicals already believe they have compromised enough in reducing their spending demands from an incomprehensible $6 trillion to a slightly less insane $3.5 trillion. They are refusing to back the $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill that has a hard deadline

the Beginning of the End of 'Faucism'?

Dr. Anthony Fauci and his boss, NIH Director Francis Collins, appeared on five of the six Sunday shows this week. Despite the fact that we have a de facto hostage situation in Afghanistan, the Pentagon admitted to killing ten civilians in a drone strike, and 13,000 Haitians are sitting under the international bridge in Del Rio, Texas, no one from the Pentagon, the State Department, or Homeland Security is making the rounds on the news shows. This looks like an attempt at image rehabilitation after the FDA resisted political pressure to recommend COVID-19 booster shots for all Americans 16 and older.

(Is there any room left to run by now?) The paper’s trend has accelerated under Republican Gov. Greg Abbott. In July, it was “Can Texas Turn Further Right?

Taking advantage of an apparent lapse in border security at the junction of Del Rio, Texas and Mexico, hundreds of migrants crossed the Rio Grande River and illegally entered the United States. Video footage recorded by Fox News depicts masses of people wading into the water to reach the other side. Within the last day, an estimated 11,000 migrants have congregated under the Del Rio international bridge, waiting to be apprehended by U.S. border patrol for processing. Many of the migrants have set up encampments and shelters, according to photos Fox News captured. The federal government is reportedly bringing in school buses from the local Texas school district

U.S. Border Patrol officials closed all highway immigration checkpoints operating in the Laredo Sector on Friday evening in response to the Haitian migrant crisis unfolding in Del Rio, Texas, according to a source within Customs and Border Protection. The Laredo Sector operates six permanent checkpoints including one of the busiest checkpoints in the nation located on the I-35 Interstate corridor between Laredo and San Antonio. Laredo Sector Border Patrol highway checkpoints inspect thousands of vehicles daily. Staffing normally reserved for the inspections that result in the seizure of countless migrants and illicit narcotics will be diverted to assist with the care, transport, and processing of more than 10,000 mostly Haitian migrants

Laredo, Tex. -Checkpoints in and out of Laredo have been shut down. In a video interview, U.S. Rep. It’s been an overwhelming situation for Del Rio officials to handle for the past 48 hours. More than 12,000 migrants, mostly from Haiti, have been gathering under the international bridge between Del Rio and Ciudad Acuña, Mexico. Officials are scrambling to bring reinforcements from across the country. The checkpoints in Laredo have been left unmanned since 6 p.m. Friday

On Thursday, the FAA instituted a two-week flight restriction over the city of Del Rio

Le Drian said in a statement that the decision, on request from President Emmanuel Macron, “is justified by the exceptional seriousness of the announcements” made by Australia and the United States. He said the cancellation by Australia of a big contract to buy French conventional submarines in favor of nuclear-powered subs built with U.S. technology is “unacceptable behavior.”

She insisted the U.S. can’t have a system that benefits some by depending on the exploitation of workers and the environment.“In America, capitalism is our system, it is our economic system, but it has not served our economy as well as it should,” said Pelosi. “And so, what we want to do is not walk away from it, but improve it and make sure it serves us.” (Tweet/Video)

A Hillary Clinton lawyer has been indicted for lying to the FBI in the Clinton campaign’s 2016 smear of Donald Trump. The lawyer fed bogus information to the FBI to fuel the false allegation that Trump was colluding with Russia. The lawyer lied to the FBI by stating that he was acting purely as a private citizen, while his own firm’s billing records prove he was actually working for Hillary’s campaign. As the current occupant of the office for which Hillary was campaigning might say in a rare lucid moment, “This is a big f*cking deal.”

Did anyone really show up for that super scary far-right rally on Saturday? The “Justice for J6” rally was supposed to be ‘insurrection part II: endgame.’ The barricades were set up again around the US Capitol. The police were everywhere; they were decked out in full-blown riot gear. They were prepared this time. They were prepared…for the media? Yeah, typical elite media whiff here. There were more media members than actual protesters. The threat was exaggerated. The liberal media may not know this yet, but even prior to January 6—the far right in America is…not big.

One of today’s most important, and weirdly under-reported, news stories is the economic crisis that threatens Great Britain and, more broadly, Europe. Its most striking current manifestation is a food shortage in the U.K. Acute food shortages were feared last night after high gas prices forced most of Britain’s commercial production of carbon dioxide to shut down. Emergency talks were being held between government officials and food producers, retailers and the energy industry…. The closure of two fertiliser plants in northern England and others in Europe has left the food and drink industry facing a shortage of carbon dioxide, which

It’s not nearly as complicated as once I thought it was. It’s a top-down insurrection. All that it ever needed was a sufficient number of conspirators, in key positions, to network with each other. Granted, the numbers needed were large. That is why it took so many years to take hold. Once the threshold was reached, however, circa 2015 or 16, the treachery began in full swing. The plotters were delayed by one mistake, a very big one, in 2016. They underestimated the amount of electoral fraud that was needed to place Hillary Clinton in the White House. That set them back four years.
