House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said capitalism isn’t serving the U.S. as it should. On Friday at the Chatham House in London, the Democrat explained how the U.S. economy hasn’t benefited from capitalism. She insisted the U.S. can’t have a system that benefits some by depending on the exploitation of workers and the environment.“In America, capitalism is our system, it is our economic system, but it has not served our economy as well as it should,” said Pelosi. “And so, what we want to do is not walk away from it, but improve it and make sure it serves us.” (Tweet/Video)

A Hillary Clinton lawyer has been indicted for lying to the FBI in the Clinton campaign’s 2016 smear of Donald Trump.
The lawyer fed bogus information to the FBI to fuel the false allegation that Trump was colluding with Russia. The lawyer lied to the FBI by stating that he was acting purely as a private citizen, while his own firm’s billing records prove he was actually working for Hillary’s campaign.
As the current occupant of the office for which Hillary was campaigning might say in a rare lucid moment, “This is a big f*cking deal.”

Fox News anchor Chris Wallace said Sunday on “MediaBuzz” that he is “very grateful” to be living “rent-free” in the head of former President Donald Trump when asked about Trump’s criticisms of his debate moderation skills.Referencing the first 2020 presidential debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden, which was hosted by Wallace on September 29, 2020 in Cleveland, Ohio, anchor Howard Kurtz said, “By the way, Trump still takes shots at you over the first presidential debate that you moderated last year, saying, oh you didn’t have control.”Wallace replied, “Well, you know what I say as, for a landlord, I’m very grateful that I’m allowed to occupy so much space

Only 49 percent of registered voters think President Joe Biden has enough “mental soundness” to serve as president, a Sunday Fox News poll revealed.Respondents were asked, “Do you think Joe Biden has the mental soundness to serve effectively as president, or not?”While 49 percent said yes, 48 percent said no. When respondents were asked weeks before, between September 7-10, 49 percent said yes, and only 45 percent said no, handing Biden three more points of less confidence in his mental soundness on Sunday. On the question asking if respondents believe “Joe Biden is a strong leader, or not?”

One of today’s most important, and weirdly under-reported, news stories is the economic crisis that threatens Great Britain and, more broadly, Europe. Its most striking current manifestation is a food shortage in the U.K. Acute food shortages were feared last night after high gas prices forced most of Britain’s commercial production of carbon dioxide to shut down. Emergency talks were being held between government officials and food producers, retailers and the energy industry…. The closure of two fertiliser plants in northern England and others in Europe has left the food and drink industry facing a shortage of carbon dioxide, which

WANTED: one honest, decent, middle-class politician who doesn’t want to be a rich celebrity.
Just imagine Bronx-born, feminist Democratic Rep. Bella Abzug showing up to a $35,000-a-plate dinner in a dress that cost more than some people in her district made a year? And then staying for the pathetic vegan dinner to hobnob with the unimaginably wealthy celebrities and other “elites”? That’s what Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez did at the Met Gala on Monday, sporting an Aurora James gown that declared: TAX THE RICH.

Did anyone really show up for that super scary far-right rally on Saturday? The “Justice for J6” rally was supposed to be ‘insurrection part II: endgame.’ The barricades were set up again around the US Capitol. The police were everywhere; they were decked out in full-blown riot gear. They were prepared this time. They were prepared…for the media? Yeah, typical elite media whiff here. There were more media members than actual protesters. The threat was exaggerated. The liberal media may not know this yet, but even prior to January 6—the far right in America is…not big.

Scott Gottlieb, the former commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), admitted during an interview on Face the Nation that the six foot social distancing rule recommended by public health officials for months on end was actually “arbitrary in and of itself,” and he noted that “nobody knows where it came from.”
Speaking with Face the Nation’s Margaret Brennan, Gottlieb discussed the rules and risks early in the pandemic, explaining that the Trump administration shifted its focus to the impact lockdowns and rules would have on the economy and children.
“My view is that they were sold on the idea that you weren’t going to be able to really affect

There was a heavy police presence at the US Capitol on Saturday in anticipation of a rally in support of the January 6 political prisoners. Demonstrators will show support for the January 6 political prisoners on Saturday. Hundreds of non-violent Trump supporters are currently in jail awaiting trial for walking through the Capitol on January 6. But it was all a set up.There were more police, reporters and undercover intelligence agents than protesters in Washington DC. The only armed person arrested on Saturday was an undercover agent.Reporter Ford Fischer caught the whole thing on video.Police surrounded a masked man who was armed with a firearm.

According to a report from Mediaite, the “crowd” at a Howard University football game “roared” in appreciation when Vice President Kamala Harris performed the coin toss ahead of the game.On Sunday, the site claimed, “Vice President Kamala Harris performed the coin toss at a historic Howard University football game, to appreciative roars from the crowd.”Harris, a member of the Howard Class of 1986, gave the coin a toss and came up with heads, which gave Howard the advantage.C-SPAN posted video of the event, and sure enough, the crowd reaction sounds like that from a hoard of tens of thousands:

The Vatican City State announced Monday that effective October 1 no one can enter its territory without presenting a coronavirus Green Pass, by order of Pope Francis. The Green Pass can be obtained by showing proof of vaccination against the coronavirus, demonstrating recovery from the coronavirus, or by showing a negative rapid antigen or PCR test, the Vatican ordinance states. The decree also declares that the Green Pass mandate extends to the Vatican’s extraterritorial properties stipulated by the 1929 Lateran Treaty, which include Vatican-owned churches throughout Italy. The pope himself instructed the Governorate of Vatican City State to issue the mandate in order “to prevent, control, and combat
