Joe Biden Says He Wants to Soak the Rich
and I Don't Care

Original Article

The battle over the Democrat-led $3.5 trillion reconciliation budget bill is leading to renewed arguments over tax rates. Because everything that’s old is new again, that means lots of repetition about the rich “paying their fair share” as Joe Biden and his party seek to justify dropping more inflation on the heads of the middle-class. The current proposal would raise the corporate rate beyond that of China’s, which is the kind of thing a nation would do if they were purposely trying to drive businesses into the arms of a communist regime. A raise of the top marginal rate is on the table.

" Soak the rich " that's a relative phrase. Sounds good to his dumber than dumb base, has very little reality. The wealthy have people that know how to work the tax code. Everyone else , making more than average will get screwed. But , that's what "they ". Destruction of the middle class.

This is not going to impact the rich and if banks and corporations have to pay higher taxes they will be well compensated on the backend via more government handouts. No, this is going to effectively crush the middle class so that there is no difference between the middle and lower classes. It will also pave the way for more International Governmental Bodies to have a direct say on how things are done here because in the very near future there will be no confidence in the US Dollar and petro-dollars are soon too be a thing of the past. The democrats may be the tip of the spear that truly kills this country BUT the GOP has aided and abetted along the way (20 years of war and trying to build other countries while this one is pillaged internally).

The Biden Administration does not care about the will of the people. Why? Because they continue to believe, probably correctly, that they will win elections in 2022 by means of massive voter fraud. They will not change their ways unless and until they believe otherwise.

#18 Selling wheat to Russia was not what made bread prices higher. There was less than three cents worth of wheat in a loaf of bread. There may be 3.25 cents now. Under Carter when the price of packaging food outpace the price of food inside the package. Combine that with higher energy cost for baking bread and preparing the food with increased costs of getting it to us was what made food prices soar. I was on both sides of that issue. I was farming at that time. Farmers were going broke all over the place because of low prices for grain while they were paying outrageous prices for food just like you were. High energy cost drive up the cost of everything, some of it in hidden ways. That is one reason Democrats like chronic fuel shortages - it keeps the "little people" in their low place.

That’s quite a cultural shift — and it will likely lead to a political shift as well, and not in favor of the current administration. Women accounted for almost half of all new gun owners in a 27-month period that includes the pandemic as well as the Democratic presidential primary run-up, according to a new study by researchers from Harvard and Northeastern. Clearly, the gun-control rhetoric of the campaign and in the Biden administration has not had its intended impact: Close to half of all new U.S. gun buyers since the beginning of 2019 have been women, a shift for a market

With all the arguments around the $3.5 trillion reconciliation bill and the bipartisan infrastructure bill, one issue that has fallen by the wayside is that of the debt ceiling. In order for Democrats to get what they want, it will have to be lifted, which means we are headed for another major shutdown battle in the coming weeks. Janet Yellen, the Treasury Secretary, recently called Sen. Mitch McConnell to lobby his support to raise the debt ceiling. But McConnell, perhaps sensing that he has nothing to gain by handing Democrats another victory, gave his response: Nah.

Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) will reportedly still not support Joe Biden’s $3.5 trillion reconciliation package for the time being, despite the president’s efforts to persuade him, according to Axios. On Wednesday, sources told Axios that President Joe Biden reportedly hosted Manchin for a meeting at the White House where he failed to persuade the senator into agreeing with the $3.5 trillion bill. Axios was told Biden explained to Manchin his opposition could imperil the $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill that’s already passed the Senate. Biden’s analysis did little to persuade Manchin to raise his top line. Manchin held his position and appears willing to let the bipartisan bill hang in the balance

They presented it as the next critical step in an old alliance. Morrison said teams from the three countries would draw up a joint plan over the coming 18 months for assembling the new Australian nuclear-powered submarine fleet, which will be built in Adelaide. The project will make Australia only the seventh country in the world to have submarines propelled by nuclear reactors.
