After demonizing nearly every medication with the potential to reduce the severity of COVID-19 symptoms, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) finally recommended monoclonal antibodies earlier this summer. Before the official recommendation, some providers used them under an emergency use authorization (EUA) granted by the FDA in November 2020. The FDA just granted an EUA to allow their use for SARS-CoV-2 post-exposure and ongoing prophylaxis. This approval will increase demand. (Snip) Once Florida Governor Ron DeSantis decided to promote outpatient treatment using the antibodies and establish infusion centers, the media reacted because he is a very dangerous Republican.

For some reason the doctors do not want to treat Covid. If you test positive, they send you home, no treatment, Why? Why won't they treat it when there are proven treatments out there? It makes NO sense.
If you question the medical professionals, you are an idiot. They have allowed their profession to become political pawns and puppets for big pharma.

How does a doctor decide who to treat with monoclonal antibodies when the recovery rate is 99% and for most patients infected the symptoms are no worse than a cold?

It is time to realize the Government is not your friend. In fact, if you are a white, middle-class, Christian conservative who wants to exercise your own free will the Government is your enemy.

My BIL has a pretty bad case of covid but fortunately lives in Florida. He got this treatment yesterday at the hospital and then went home. We’re waiting to hear how he’s doing this morning, but are hopeful. He’s 70 and in great shape - still goes surfing several times a week and has no comorbidities.

Because #2, the government has decreed the protocol to be followed. Don't follow it and you lose your immunity from prosecution (PREP Act, Section VII).

The answer may be that those in charge may want to prolong the pandemic. Any sure fire way to treat those with severe Covid ends the fear they can spread about the virus and so ends their control.

Further proof that this is all about control and politics (I would argue that money has very little to do with it). They want to prolong the pandemic so they can continue to control the masses. And, #3, a doctor can decide who needs monoclonal antibodies based on the severity of Covid symptoms. If you have a mild case, like a cold, then fine, go home, but there are way too many people who need early treatment who are being denied that treatment. Many of those people are the ones who end up in the hospital -- and if you wait to late -- longer than 10 days -- then treatments like the monoclonal antibodies, ivermectin, remdisevir are much less effect because Covid has had too long to set it and cause other problems like severe Oxygen depletion, double-pneumonia and damage to various organs.

The left with their minions want the pandemic to stay in our lives to be able to lock us in and vote by mail in ballots. It's how they stole the last election so they will try a repeat. Any thing that works goes against what the left wants plus if it's Trump or DeSantis who want it then the left will always take the Biden stance to do the opposite.

The pandemic is the communist plan to take over America. They will never allow it to end. You are at home, cars parked, highways less congested, decarbonizing the country. But you are still consuming too much oxygen. All the small businesses are being put out of business, so there will no longer be a way to make a living for those that oppose the communists.
