Sometimes it is difficult to know whether or not Joe Biden is senile or just dumb. I know it’s tempting to ascribe everything he does to his dementia, but he’s been stupid for his whole life. Even people suffering from dementia have moments of lucidity, so it’s really impossible to know what is the true motivation behind the President’s asininity. The effects and the facts of it, however, are easy and important to dissect, because whether it’s due to him losing his grip on reality, that he’s just a very simple and dumb man, or a combination of both doesn’t really matter, what matters is the end result.

With the 2020 census in the books, all eyes are now on the redistricting that’s going on in various states in regards to the House of Representatives. While several blue states lost seats, Colorado was the exception, gaining its eighth congressional seat due to a gain in population.
How the lines will now be drawn has been placed in the hands of a “non-partisan” commission, something that never exists in function, and their first proposal casts doubt on Rep. Lauren Boebert’s future.
Boebert, who has become a favorite on the right because of her propensity to fight on key issues like abortion and the Second Amendment,

After so long being suppressed by COVID fear porn, this weekend there were some fabulous scenes at games around the country of people crowded all together, just flat-out having fun, with a joy that I haven’t seen in more than a year and a half. It made me realize how much I’ve missed it and how much we have been missing with the fear that was propagated from the virus.
Here are a few of the scenes and I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.
Here’s Penn State vs. Wisconsin with the fans just making the house shake. [Video]

Public schools in Chicago have finally reopened, but with a major twist: Apparently, some teachers are adorning themselves with so much COVID protection gear that they look like forensic pathologists investigating a crime scene.
Case in point: In celebration of the reopening of the city’s schools, Mayor Lori Lightfoot posted photos last Monday from one local classroom, and in one of the photos the teacher could be seen decked out in what looked like a hazmat suit.
In addition to the hazmat suit, the teacher also had on gloves, a face shield and of course a face mask.

An MSNBC panel engaged in some over-the-top histrionics while bitterly lamenting the new Texas law that, according to the left, could signal the end of Roe v. Wade, the landmark 1973 U.S. Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion throughout the country.
Signed by Gov. Greg Abbott in May, the law bans abortions in Texas upon detection of a fetal heartbeat, which can occur as early as six weeks.
Solutions-oriented panelist Elie Mystal, a “justice correspondent” for the far-left Nation magazine, called for the Biden administration to “go buck wild” and, among other things, more or less deploy into Texas physicians willing to perform abortions during the conversation embedded below in two parts,

If you’re the type of person who boasts “gender pronouns” in your social media profiles and trust big-government bureaucrats to run your life, chances are high you are among the enraged zealots who’ve been throwing a hissy fit this weekend.
For it was early this weekend on Friday that thousands of young men and women gathered tightly at the Virginia Tech’s Lane Stadium for the Hokies’ opening game and jumped in unison as the classic Metallica song “Enter Sandman” was played.

146 years ago today, Democrats attacked a Republican barbecue in Clinton, Mississippi murdering 4 former slaves and 5 white Republicans.
Democrats then in the following days slaughtered another 50-100 African-Americans.
For some reason, you don’t hear much about this massacre these days.
Here is more on this historic massacre, via Mississippi Encyclopedia.
Freedmen first began voting in Mississippi in 1867, and the 1875 election promised to continue the incorporation of black men within the state’s political process. With polls set to open on November 2, the Mississippi Republican Party planned political rallies on September 4 at Utica and Clinton in Hinds County and at Vernon in nearby Madison County.

An anonymous Las Vegas mother alleges that in a fourth-grade classroom, a substitute teacher reportedly attached her child’s mask to their face with tape.
After an alleged incident inside a classroom involving face coverings, the mother of a 9-year-old child is asking for the dismissal of a substitute teacher from the Clark County School District in Nevada.
The mother talked to FOX5 on the understanding that her identity and face not be revealed. She was concerned that her son’s anguish might be exacerbated at school, but she also wanted other parents to be aware of what is taking place at Reedom Elementary School in Mountain’s Edge.

Bette Midler says women everywhere should sing a new tune in the bedroom to protest new, strict anti-abortion laws like the one in Texas.
“I suggest that all women refuse to have sex with men until they are guaranteed the right to choose by Congress,” the famed actress and singer tweeted Thursday.
The idea, though, might not be original with Midler.
Nancy Sinatra told Midler on Twitter that, “My dad actually suggested that decades ago.”
One commenter told Midler, “Did you know you’re my Shero?”
Actress Rosanna Arquette, however, was not so upbeat about Midler’s not so modest proposal.

Twin toddler boys who were left for nine hours in a hot car outside a daycare center in Georgia likely died of heat stroke, according to a recently released coroner’s report.
Brayden and Bryson McDaniel, 20 months old, were in rear-facing car seats in their parents’ SUV after one of the parents likely forgot to drop the children off at the Sunshine House Early Learning Academy day care and went to work, said Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford in a statement Thursday.
The brothers were found unresponsive at the end of the day when one of the parents showed up at 5:30 pm to pick them up Wednesday.

University of Nebraska football has long been one of the most patriotic programs in America.
So it was perhaps fitting that the school paid tribute to first responders and military members who responded to the 9/11 terror attacks 20 years ago, unveiling new patriotic uniforms the team will wear next weekend against the University of Buffalo in Lincoln.
A professionally-made video released by the university this week features football player Damian Jackson wearing the special uniform, carrying a U.S. flag, while leading a crowd of people down a street in the historic Havelock District of town.
