President Biden issued a statement Thursday slamming the Supreme Court’s refusal to block a Texas law prohibiting abortion after a heartbeat can be detected.
Biden said the high court’s ruling would generate “unconstitutional chaos” by codifying a measure that empowers private citizens to enforce a ban on abortion and vowed to use a “whole-of-government” approach to respond to the law. While the law allows any individual to sue medical providers who perform an abortion, instead of deferring enforcement to the state government, it does not penalize the women who undergo the procedure to terminate their pregnancy. Per the law, plaintiffs in litigation cases

62 million U.S. abortions since Roe vs. Wade.
62 million terminated, genocide centric, human beings sending their souls back to God.
And how many were black? Look it up.
Justify that your superannuated presidential fraud posing as Catholic.

It's funny how a 'devout Catholic' is so gung-ho about having abortions right up to the moment of birth. Makes me wonder why this issue is so dear to his heart.

"Chief Justice John Roberts dissented along with the court’s three liberal justices"
Accept the fact that John Roberts was/is the Trojan Horse that works to undermine the safety and well-being of US citizens.
A bona fide Enemy Of The State.

Well Texas codified who and when a clump of cells - Bill Clinton's words - is a human. That terrifies the late term abortion crowd. And it should. Now any abortion after 6 weeks or after a heartbeat is heard will be considered murder. Oh, and that will be coming to a state near them soon. Uniform Commercial Code - the gay marriage vehicle - will force the states to comply.

Someone needs to abort Biden the Butcher. He could do with a taste of his own medicine. Call it a really late term abortion.

Democrats appear to get most rattled in two circumstances -- any time anyone questions the myth that abortion is written in stone (as Biden, himself, did days ago when he admitted the court created it in Roe v. Wade) and any time someone adopts vigilantism in the vacuum created by police abandoning their role. The Left has created certain systemic dysfunctions like abortion and lawlessness its for a reason. When natural human curiosity and resourcefulness start circumventing that situation, the Left gets VERY GENUINELY upset.

Guess 13 mainly Marines wasn't enough to satisfy Biden's blood lust. How many must die before the evil empire known as the Democrat party is called to reckoning?

SO NOW THEY CARE ABOUT THE CONSTITUTION! Meanwhile, a million plus illegals cross our southern border and the border patrol isn't allowed to tell them to go home.

Is it any surprise that Biden who has no problem with a mother deciding to have her child killed in the womb would not have a problem leaving Americans and our Afghan partners to die at the hands of the Taliban.

FTA:
While the law allows any individual to sue medical providers who perform an abortion, instead of deferring enforcement to the state government, it does not penalize the women who undergo the procedure to terminate their pregnancy. Per the law, plaintiffs in litigation cases resulting from the law’s implementation can potentially earn up to $10,000 in damages.
So, I wonder, who would sue, if they didn't know someone had an abortion? And, then, would they actually have standing, if they didn't even know the person who had the abortion?
Then, how many states already allow abortion even if Roe is overturned? I know California does, and that's 12% of the population alone. NY allowed abortion even prior to Roe, as did Hawaii and Alaska, so they too would still have legal abortions.
What is the issue for democrats, they would have to fight in 50 states instead of 1 Court to maintain a very large industry that contributes millions to democrats.
