California Gubernatorial Candidate Elder
Confident Newsom Will Lose In

California gubernatorial candidate Larry Elder explained on "Sunday Morning Futures" why he believes embattled Gov. Gavin Newsom "will be out of here" by September 14. Elder slammed the governor on Sunday for the surge in crime and homelessness in the state as well as the coronavirus shutdowns, which he argued led to a third of all California small businesses shutting down for good. Elder made the comments as ballots are being sent to voters for California’s gubernatorial recall election of Newsom. In some counties, ballot drop boxes are already open and some election offices are available for early voting, ahead of the Sept. 14 contest.

Comments:

California hates Newsom for a reason and there's lots of power in hate

Don't bet on it. Those mail in ballots probably have been and still are coming off the presses and do you really think they are not going to pull all of the other tricks that they pulled before.

#2 is likely to be correct. Voter fraud that installed Xiden and four Democrat senators (in Michigan, Arizona, and two in Georgia) is still in place, and will be employed to keep Newsome in office. Unless it is prevented, cheating will be rampant. And it's not being prevented. The Donks will see to that.

I live in California. My entire family votes Republican, and since the 2020 elections some of us are not getting the ballots, and when we go to the polling station on elections day, we get told that ballots were mailed to us, and then they give us provisional ballot to vote, which you can't track. I am hearing similar stories from friends in other counties and cities. They may pull the same stunt, dump printed ballots at midnight or just won't count ballots for those voting Republican. And if everything else fails, they would keep "discovering" boxes of ballots all voting democrat.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are so many votes for Elder that they'll have to stop counting about 9PM and take a break until morning. I also understand that there will be 30 days after the election to ensure that every valid ballot has been counted. I'm sure we'll have full confidence in the results. /s

CA mail in voters should make sure the use a black peen when filling in the Larry Elder box. Any other color can be void. It's in the instructions.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Monday that it was not the Biden administration’s intention to arm the Taliban with billions of dollars in military equipment originally given to the Afghan government but claimed that the United States is taking steps to “reduce the amount of equipment” in the Taliban’s possession before completing the troop withdrawal at the end of the month. Psaki, fielding questions at Monday’s White House press briefing, declined to “get into details” of how specifically U.S. forces are carrying out the equipment destruction or recovery but assured reporters “that is part of their effort.”

Impeachment of President Joe Biden and use of the 25th Amendment are available options for Congress in response to the killing of U.S. military personnel in suicide bombing attacks in Kabul, Afghanistan, Rep. Roger Williams (R-TX) said on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Sunday with host Joel Pollak. “It’s certainly grounds for [Biden] to be to be removed from office,” Williams remarked. “He should resign if he truly loves this country and sees that this is a disaster of epic proportions. When we lost those [14] young men and women the other day, it was about as low as America has gotten in our history.”

On Saturday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” Rep. On the 16th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, some forecasters said Hurricane Ida would be as intense as last year’s Laura and the Last Island Hurricane of 1856. Both were among the strongest storms on record to make landfall in Louisana. According to CNN, about half a million people were without power in the region. On Saturday, state and federal officials worked to get evacuation orders signed and emergency declarations in order. Sporting events and casinos were closed or postponed for the weekend. Mississippi schools were announced closed for Monday.

The 13 U.S. service personnel killed during a suicide bombing at Afghanistan’s Kabul airport on Thursday represent a cross-section of Americans, all with compelling stories. The remains of the 13 US troops killed in an ISIS-K suicide blast are currently the Dover Air Force Base for dignified transfer, according to the Pentagon. The Pentagon declined to confirm whether President Joe Biden would attend the dignified transfer at the base in Delaware, his home state, which is the domestic intake point for US military fatalities abroad.

The United States launched an airstrike following a suicide bombing at Kabul airport earlier this week. The target of the drone strike, believed to have been killed with no known civilian causalities, was an ISIS-K fighter believed to be involved in the planning future attacks, according to two U.S. defense officials. The US military says it has killed an ISIS-K planner in the Nangarhar Province of Afghanistan. According to the US officials, the target was planning to attack US officials in Kabul airport. A UAV took off from an unnamed base in the Middle East and reportedly hit the target while he was in a car with another associate.

President Joe Biden received praise from an unlikely source on Tuesday: Ann Coulter. Biden had just concluded his address to the nation on the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, ending a war that had lasted 20 years. The president has been criticized for failing to anticipate the rapid crumbling of Afghan security forces in the face of the Taliban’s advance. That caused a chaotic scene at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, where the U.S. military hurried to evacuate more than 123,000 Americans and Afghans despite being surrounded by the Taliban and ISIS-K.

How many times has Joe Biden ranted at us about why he is right on Afghanistan? I’ve lost track, but I think this at least the fifth “official” rant. But this one was the worst yet and you could feel it. He was just so angry. He’s not angry at the Taliban. He’s not angry at his own failures or those of his people. He’s angry at the people left behind. And, he’s angry at you. He’s angry at you for not simply accepting what an “extraordinary success” this all was. He keeps screaming about ending the war, a point that no one is even contesting

I ask this question for two reasons: I have seen enough videos and read about enough officer-civilian interactions to know that the act of subduing a lethal threat requires several rounds. If an intruder entered my home and threatened my wife and child, I would shoot until I was able to ensure the target was immobilized. As to the first statement, there are plenty of examples of police officers firing multiple shots at a suspected threat. In the past year, the American public has been thoroughly able to parse through the shootings of criminals like Breonna Taylor and Antonio Brown, to name just two examples.
