A video clip of a female U.S. Army soldier who appeared to threaten to shoot American citizens if martial law is ever declared and they refuse to comply with orders has gone viral on social media and triggered widespread backlash. The clip went viral thanks to Jeremy Darling, a black conservative who posted a snippet of the larger clip to his own TikTok and added his own commentary, warning that the soldier’s words “should be cause for concern.”The soldier’s words were as follows: “Understand that if active-duty military actually get deployed within the United States, that weapon is not just pointed at other people, other countries. It’s pointed at you.

She'd find herself in a cell for life on murder charges. There is no concept anywhere in American law where she has the right to murder an unarmed civilian in cold blood on the street for not obeying her random unauthorized "order". In short, she's a crazed idiot and ignorant of everything about what this country and our Constitution is about. Hopefully her superiors see this and educate her. And better yet, remove her from access to any weapons. She's clearly deranged.

I have seen a lot of young people think/talk like that, it is ALL from someone who has never even received a punch in the nose, let alone shot at someone or received incoming fire, that has a tendency to take the lip out of them and add a dose of "Polite". If you'll notice MOST of the antifa masked "fighters" are females, putting on a "uniform" and receiving little training even though they have never had a real fight in their lives because no matter how obnoxious, "Men" generally will not strike a woman. That standard alters when there is NO other way to deal with a situation or they hide behind a mask.

I fear she is but a product of woke-era basic training but I have two words for miss Rambo: Viet Cong. She might learn a little military history before she becomes feral hog bait. Nevertheless the Insurrection Act was placed on the books in 1807. It provides for statutory exceptions to the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878. It also provides the statutory punishment for an insurrection offense to be a fine or not more than ten years in prison, and no mention of death by US soldier. Simply refusing an order to confine inside one's home is not insurrection and before federal enforcement authority can be granted to the military, the president is first required to issue a proclamation ordering insurgents to disburse. For some perspective, the insurrection act became public law seven years before the Battle of New Orleans. "In 1814, we took a little trip, along with Col Jackson down the Mighty Mississip'. We took a little bacon and we took a little beans and caught the Bloody British in the town of New Orleans." It's a bad sign when any military person believes it legally justified or even desirable to shoot and kill fellow citizens for not following their unlawful orders.

Marine LtCol Stuart Scheller was relieved for cause in 24 hours, after he posted a video, knowing full well what the consequences would be, to highlight the very issue of accountability of civilian and military leadership in the fallout over AFG. #38, 52 and 57: Article 1, Section 9 of the U.S. Constitution states, "The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it." There have been many instances of the use of the military within the borders of the United States, such as during the Whiskey Rebellion and in the South during the Civil Rights Movement, but these acts are not tantamount to a declaration of martial law. The distinction must be made as clear as that between martial law and military justice: deployment of troops does not necessarily mean that the civil courts cannot function, and as the Supreme Court has noted, that is one of the keys to martial law. Posse Comitatus Act was expressly passed because of the abuses of martial law during the Reconstruction Era South. If a federal politician, bureaucrat, or military officer invokes martial law domestically, they are indeed in violation of the US Constitution and Posse Comitatus. However, state governors have the authority under Title 32 USC to use their National Guard within their state for law enforcement.

Author Salman Rushdie was attacked at a literary event in upstate New York Friday, when an assailant stormed the stage soon after his introduction. The man proceeded to punch or stab Rushdie, who was scheduled to talk at the Chautauqua Institution in Chautauqua, N.Y., some 75 miles south of Buffalo. (Photos) Rushdie’s work earned him death threats from the Iranian government in the 1980s, and his book “The Satanic Verses” was banned in the country in 1988. This is a breaking story and will be updated.

One of the main reasons why the left’s propaganda is so effective with so many is the ability to stick to a script in order to present a uniform narrative across media outlets with talking heads all regurgitating the same talking points, and a perfect example is the aftermath of the FBI’s storming of former President Donald J. Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home. Following initial confusion and outrage over the extreme escalation in the regime’s political war against the leading candidate of the opposition party, those whose livelihoods depend on their being able to sell falsehoods and distortions to the public clearly got the memo and Grabien Media founder Tom Elliott put together

The FBI raid of former President Donald Trump's Florida estate sparked backlash from extreme right-wing users on internet forums against a Florida magistrate judge who approved the unprecedented search, prompting concerns about judicial security from law enforcement in the Palm Beach area. Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart, who is believed to have signed the still-sealed FBI warrant approving the bureau’s Monday raid at Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort, has been subject to antisemitic attacks, disclosure of where he allegedly lives, and threats against his family on pro-Trump online social media forums, including the message board formerly known as "TheDonald.win."

Trump was responding to Attorney General Merrick Garland saying earlier the Justice Department was filing in court to unseal the search warrant and inventory of seized items but not the supporting affidavits for the search warrant. – August 11, 2022 – Statement by Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America Not only will I not oppose the release of documents related to the unAmerican, unwarranted, and unnecessary raid and break-in of my home in Palm Beach, Florida, Mar-a-Lago, I am going a step further

President Biden’s popularity is sagging even further in blue-leaning New York, according to a new poll that also has Republican Lee Zeldin in striking distance of Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul. The same survey shows more voters prefer someone else to re-electing Democratic incumbent Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer. The survey of 600 likely voters conducted from Aug. 7-9 and commissioned by GOP businessman John Jordan and consultant Dick Morris shows that just 44% approve of Biden’s performance and 52% disapprove

Days after the unprecedented raid of Donald Trump’s Florida home, AG Merrick Garland finally decided to address the public on Thursday regarding the matter. Some naively hoped that he’d provide a legitimate justification for the raid, but as expected, that didn’t materialize, mostly because there was no justification. Instead, Garland danced about while revealing a few noteworthy things. One, we learned that he was the one that ordered the raid, which is not surprising given he’s a partisan who obviously holds a grudge against the former president. Two, the DOJ is asking the judge in the case to unseal the warrant, which may or may not tell us anything

FBI agents who raided Donald Trump's Florida resort on Monday were hunting for classified documents relating to nuclear weapons, sources said on Thursday evening. Details emerged soon after Attorney General Merrick Garland appeared before cameras to defend the search and reveal that he had approved the operation at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach. Fall-out from the unprecedented search of a former president's residence has dominated the political world ever since Monday and the Justice Department is under increasing pressure to explain its decision. Garland said he could not reveal further details of what prompted the hunt, but sources told the Washington Post it was to do with nuclear weapons.

Long live Steve Bannon! Steve Bannon WENT OFF on an epic rant on Thursday following weasel Attorney General Merrick Garland’s dishonest and disgusting statement on the raid on President Trump’s home on Monday. Garland earlier admitted the DOJ was responsible for the raid on Mar-a-Lago to retrieve napkins and menus from Trump. It took 30 FBI agents 3 DOJ agents and NINE HOURS to scour the home for evidence in their ongoing fishing expedition.

Attorney General Merrick Garland suggested Thursday that the Department of Justice (DOJ) sought “less intrusive” means of obtaining presidential documents before using a search warrant, and an FBI raid, on former President Donald Trump’s home. Garland’s remarks were the first public comments made by the DOJ since Monday’s raid, which shocked many observers. He confirmed that he had personally approved the search warrant — though he left open the question of the methods of the raid. Garland did, however, suggest that the DOJ saw the raid as a last resort: “[T]he department does not take such a decision lightly where possible. It is standard practice to seek less intrusive means

Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) said Thursday she is “ashamed” that Republicans are questioning the FBI’s credibility after it raided former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago. “I have been ashamed to hear members of my party attacking the integrity of the FBI agents involved with the recent Mar-a-Lago search,” she claimed. “These are sickening comments that put the lives of patriotic public servants at risk.” Cheney’s remarks follow multiple investigations into Trump, including the Russia hoax and two impeachment trials. Before that, the FBI looked the other way in 2016 regarding Hillary Clinton’s 33,000 acid-washed emails.

Former White House acting chief of staff Mick Mulvaney said Thursday on CNN’s “New Day” that someone very close to former President Donald Trump must have been the FBI informant. Keilar asked, “This is someone with knowledge inside who told the feds that there was additional material at Mar-a-Lago, directed them where it should be, clearly was concerned enough to tell them this information they should have besides the 15 boxes of material they got in the winter. Does that change your mind? Is that now sufficient when you have someone actually aligned with him drawing the attention of the feds to these documents?”

If Donald Trump was going to run again, we assumed that the media would once again be the former president's largest pool of support, unwittingly, of course, with the nonstop negative coverage that would have only pushed more voters into his corner. Matt Taibbi noted that they're the "kingmakers of suck," arrogant, and more concerned with expounding on their moral superiority than covering the elections properly. Post-Russian collusion hoax, no one believes them, as evidenced by the appalling trust numbers the American public has given this industry over the past five or so years. That all ended last night.

President Joe Biden has been holding a series of secret meetings with historians, policy experts and even former President Bill Clinton, a new report revealed Thursday, as he navigates a variety of problems facing the nation. Biden met with a group of scholars last week on August 4, the same day a fierce lightning storm raged across Washington D.C., where they told him it a perilous moment in modern day political history, the Washington Post reported. The historians compared Biden's moment in history to the 1860 election when Abraham Lincoln warned that a 'house divided against itself cannot stand'

When the FBI raided Trump’s home in Mar-a-Lago, it didn’t just senselessly root through the former President’s files, crack open his safe, and snatch up boxes of documents to confiscate for whatever anti-Trump investigation they have going on. Though all that seems to have happened during the banana republic-like raid, the FBI did something else, something even more horrific: it rooted through Melania Trump’s clothes, rifling through her outfits and underwear in what can be interpreted as nothing other than a gross attempt at humiliating the former president and his family.

The push to transition the national road fleet to electric vehicles (EVs) is on and while increasingly popular with buyers, experts in the transportation space are examining potential problems with mass EV adoption. One such issue involves EVs and evacuations during natural disasters. A report from Transportation Research published in ScienceDirect headlined “Can we evacuate from hurricanes with electric vehicles?” found that Florida—which often bears the force of hurricanes—may not have enough power to cope during an evacuation. “If the majority of the evacuating vehicles were EVs, Florida would face a serious challenge in power supply,” the report said.

Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) on Thursday released her closing ad of the GOP primary, again attacking former President Donald Trump, who won Wyoming with nearly 70 percent of the vote in 2020. Only mentioning her Wyoming opponents once and not by name, Cheney recited for two minutes and 21 seconds a diatribe focusing mostly on Trump instead of the needs of Wyoming voters. Nothing in her ad mentions priorities of Wyoming citizens such as deregulating the administrative state, fighting for federal land management reform, or securing the southern border.

President Biden and his family, including disgraced first son Hunter, are spending their summer vacation at a $20 million beachfront mansion in South Carolina, The Post has learned—and they’re not paying a dime. The president recently asked prominent Democratic donor Maria Allwin—the widow of hedge fund founder James Allwin—if he could stay at her nine-bedroom Kiawah Island estate, a source close to the family told The Post. “They stayed here before and they’re not paying,” the source said. “They’ve never paid. They’re just friends.”(Snip)Maria Allwin has contributed to an array of mostly Democratic political campaigns, but her most recent donations are to Rep. Liz Cheney

It seems the DOJ has decided to leak an explanation of their decision to use a search warrant in this case. Newsweek just published an exclusive report based on anonymous DOJ sources which claims the FBI had a confidential source at Mar-a-Lago, one who informed them that Trump was hiding documents and even specified where they could be found. The raid on Mar-a-Lago was based largely on information from an FBI confidential human source, one who was able to identify what classified documents former President Trump was still hiding and even the location of those documents, two senior government officials told Newsweek. Before we go any further, remember

The irony has been remarkable from the moment the Brittney Griner Saga began in February. Griner, the multimillionaire professional women’s basketball player who became phenomenally wealthy in America, showed complete disdain for her homeland when she was living here. She refused to even enter sporting arenas until after our National Anthem was played. Griner, who is both black and lesbian, objected to the imaginary systemic racism that Democrats and their media fed her. She was vocal in her defiance and suggested that we shouldn’t even be playing the National Anthem before sporting events.
