Tickets are now on sale for trips on the world's largest and tallest observation wheel, Ain Dubai. Last year, the TV documentary Impossible Engineering showed how the enormous wheel was constructed in Dubai. Now visitors will finally get to ride it from October 21. The record-breaking wheel is over 250m (820ft) in height, made up of 48 double-glazed cabins and can take 1,750 passengers at one time. (Photo/Video) In size and scale, Ain Dubai towers over any wheel to come before it. It's twice the size of the London Eye, which is 'only' 135m (443ft) tall and carries up to 800 passengers.

Ashli Babbitt's widower says the Capitol police officer who fatally shot his wife during the January 6 riot should 'suck it up' after the cop's tearful interview where he said he's been receiving death threats. Aaron Babbitt told of his outrage at Lieutenant Michael Byrd's interview with NBC News on Thursday, hours after he was unmasked as Ashli's killer. Aaron said: 'I don't even want to hear him talk about how he's getting death threats, and he's scared. I've been getting death threats since January 7th - two, three, five, 10 a day - and all I did on January 6th is becoming a widower,'

Ashli Babbitt’s husband Aaron appeared on Tucker Carlson Tonight on Thursday and responded to the MSNBC interview with his wife’s killer.Lt. Michael Byrd broke his silence and confirmed his identity with an on-camera interview with MSNBC earlier in the evening. The Capitol Police previously refused to confirm the shooter’s name, even though it was reported all over the right-wing media, including by the Gateway Pundit.
During his MSNBC appearance, Byrd said that he saved “countless lives” by killing Babbitt, who was unarmed.

It was short, and it wasn’t sweet. The Democratic Party’s quest to defund police forces, an act in which it kowtowed to its hard-left-wing base, has come to a very bitter end. The resulting surge in violent crime has produced a massive public backlash that threatens the careers of elected Democrats throughout the nation. Naturally, the endangered species is trying to distance itself swiftly from the wreckage that “defund the police” has left behind. (Video) The mayors of Portland and Seattle, who respectively slashed police funding by $15 million and $7.5 million last year, are now moving to restore those budgets amid spikes in violent crime

As the U.S. casualty count is trending in the wrong direction in Afghanistan, President Joe Biden is taking heat from all sides for the handling of the withdrawal of U.S. forces from the Central Asian nation.During an appearance on FNC’s “Hannity” on Thursday, former President Donald Trump, Biden’s predecessor, called the move by the Biden administration to withdraw military forces before evacuating non-military personnel the “dumbest move” in perhaps the history of the country. Partial transcript as follows: TRUMP: Well, it’s so sad. It’s probably, from the standpoint of military tactics and just embarrassment, the most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to our country.

Donald Trump has slammed Joe Biden for handing over a list of approved Afghan evacuees to the Taliban amid fears it will now be used by the extremist group to kill those named on it. Calls for Biden's resignation and impeachment have mounted after at least 103 people, including 13 U.S. service personnel, were killed by ISIS terrorists in a double suicide attack on Kabul airport on Thursday. In an emotional address to the nation, Biden vowed to 'hunt down' and 'make the terrorists pay' as he mourned the 'selfless heroes' who died helping vulnerable people flee the country. But defense experts and Republican opposition slammed the president,

In defending President Joe Biden’s debacle in Afghanistan, New York magazine’s Eric Levitz has come to an earth-shaking revelation. You ready? The liberal media are biased. They “manufactured” the crisis.Levitz is shocked, shocked to discover that “straight news” stories in The New York Times are laden with judgmental adjectives and the writers’ own opinions. He takes particular aim at Roger Cohen, the Times Paris bureau chief, saying that in stories, “he is presenting editorial judgments as factual ones.” Cohen uses the phrase “reinforces the impression,” to which Levitz says, “This is, of course, a thin scrim for concealing outright advocacy.

The deep grief on President Biden’s face as his eyes swelled with tears was painful to watch. But his personal suffering cannot exonerate him from the responsibility for what happened in Kabul. Nor can his obscenely shameful effort to shift the blame to former President Donald Trump and even his own military commanders be taken seriously. Biden says the buck stops with him, but he doesn’t really mean it.When the enemy strikes with deadly results, it’s somebody else’s fault. That’s not leadership and it certainly isn’t presidential.

Joe Biden was filmed crumbling after he called on Fox News journalist Peter Doocy at a press conference, only to be accused of failing to answer Doocy's question. Biden, 78, looked lost for words after being asked if he bore responsibility for an ISIS-K suicide attack at Kabul Airport on Thursday that killed 13 US service personnel, before bowing his head and clutching a file tightly around his hands. He tried to throw a question back at Doocy about why Fox News was neglecting to mention that Donald Trump had confirmed the withdrawal when he was president

Thanks to the Biden administration, Taliban terrorists have taken control of Afghanistan.President Joe Biden’s reckless and rushed withdrawal from the country came with numerous consequences.American citizens have been left trapped in Afghanistan, terrorist groups such as ISIS are regaining a foothold in the region and, as of Thursday, at least ten U.S. soldiers have been killed in suicide bombings. Without a doubt, the Biden-led Afghanistan withdrawal is one of the worst foreign policy disasters of all time.

Former President Donald J. Trump issued a statement today, honoring the 12 soldiers who lost their lives in this morning’s bombing: (Tweet) Melania and I send our deepest condolences to the families of our brilliant and brave Service Members whose duty to the U.S.A. meant so much to them. Our thoughts are also with the families of the innocent civilians who died today in the savage Kabul attack. This tragedy should never have been allowed to happen, which makes our grief even deeper and more difficult to understand. May God Bless the U.S.A.
