Conservative pundit Matt Walsh, host of the “Matt Walsh Show” podcast, made a generous offer to Teen Vogue that apparently threw the liberal magazine for a loop.Teen Vogue is little more than a sleaze outfit that makes for a useful indoctrination platform to disseminate progressive doctrine among American teens, so when the magazine’s politics editor tweeted that she was looking for people “to write sharp, timely op-eds on U.S. politics,” Walsh replied, “I’m your huckleberry.”Well, Walsh didn’t exactly say that, but surely that was his intent when, out of the goodness of his heart, he volunteered

MSNBC host Joy Reid stirred up controversy earlier this week when she compared Christian conservatives to the Taliban. But Reid is hardly the only public figure on the left making that analogy.Actor Tim Russ, best known for playing Lieutenant Commander Tuvok on the sci-fi series “Star Trek: Voyager” and Principal Franklin on Disney’s “iCarly,” tweeted Monday that, “The Taliban are as fanatical about their beliefs and culture as the millions of people right here in the U.S. who believe in religion, conspiracy theories, and alternate reality.”This isn’t the first time Russ has disparaged Americans of faith generally or Christians specifically.

As feats of publishing entrepreneurship go, it’s one for the record books, or at least the business school case studies — Politico, a Washington-centric mostly online news organization founded in 2007, will be sold to the German publisher Axel Springer for a reported $1 billion. If that sum is even close to being accurate, it’s staggering. Time magazine was sold in 2018 to Marc Benioff and his wife Lynne Benioff for $190 million. The Washington Post was sold to Jeff Bezos in 2013 for $250 million.Politico had been founded by three former Washington Post reporters — John Harris, Jim VandeHei, and Mike Allen —

Some of the final US flights left Kabul on Monday despite the airport coming under fire from five ISIS rockets and as the threat of another terrorist attack grows stronger by the minute. Five rockets were launched at Hamid Karzai Airport on Monday morning from a sedan parked nearby. ISIS-K claimed responsibility for the attack on Monday morning, saying they used Katyusha rockets against the US troops still on the ground. No one is believed to have been killed in the attack. The US Army's C-RAM missile defense system could be heard firing shots at some of the rockets but it took out just one of the five rockets -

Virginia’s Department of Education hosted a speaker who instructed teachers to exclude the role Muslim extremism played when teaching students about 9/11. In a PowerPoint delivered by “Education Leadership scholar” Amaarah DeCuir, teachers were instructed to avoid using language that could pin the events of 9/11 on Muslim extremism. The lecturer pointed to the heightened anti-Muslim sentiment that allegedly ticks up around the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.“School and classroom 9/11 commemorations are sites for increased anti-Muslim racism,” the presentation reads.

A series of opinion columns and editorials have accused him of being a white supremacist, or at the very least a shill for other white supremacists. Gen. Mark A. Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs, must go. President Biden claims that the military advised him to close Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan and instead use Kabul’s airport to evacuate Americans. They were the ones who said the Afghan army would hold, that the pullout would go smoothly. If Biden is telling the truth, this disaster is on Milley’s watch. Or Biden is lying (the more likely scenario, based on what sources inside the administration are saying) and Milley failed to do his duty and push back against a commander in chief who is making deadly decisions. Either way, he is derelict in his duty
