A Black cop who was fired from a Florida police department for using the N-word is back on the job this week after officials determined the punishment was too harsh. Delvin White, a beloved school resource officer at Tampa’s Middleton High School, was canned in March after an audit of his body-worn camera turned up at least two videos showing him using the racial slur in November 2020, according to police. In one of the incidents, the officer was heard referencing a group of people as “ghetto [n-words]” during a phone call, the Tampa Police Department said in a statement early this year.

Comments:

An honest mistake; they thought Officer White was WHITE.

The union would have to sue. The First Amendment would be called. Banning "Un-Popular" words would be prohibited. The liberal assault on free speech would be set back 50 years. They settle.

The Associated Press came under fire once again after it published an article on Tuesday describing Palestinians who launched an incendiary balloon attack on Israel as 'activists.' Fort Wayne, Ind.—With more employers requiring employees to get the COVID-19 vaccine, there may be employees who refuse. If this results into the company letting the worker go, will the person be eligible for unemployment? Samuel L. Bolinger, an attorney at the Law Office of Samuel L. Bolinger, told WANE 15’s Briana Brownlee, the answer is more than likely no. “The question is really, if the employer gives you a specific instruction or mandate to do and you decline and you are terminated for insubordination. Insubordination is one of the eight reasons you why you will not receive unemployment in the state of Indiana,” Bolinger said.

Legal experts and the American Civil Liberties Union have criticized a pair of New York judges for ordering defendants to get vaccinated if they want to make bail or be granted a plea deal. The ACLU slammed the decisions as 'troubling' and one lawyer even called the rulings 'nonsensical' and abuse of power that could be seen as grounds for the judges to be censured or suspended. The criticism comes after Manhattan judge Jed Rakoff granted the release of Elouisa Pimental, a woman accused of drug dealing, on the condition she get vaccinated. Another order came from Bronx judge Jeffrey Zimmerman who made vaccination part of a plea deal.

Although the leftists I know are still resolutely silent about Biden’s Afghanistan debacle, even the mainstream media has caught on to the fact that something dreadful is happening there: Americans are trapped in Afghanistan with diminishing chances of escape, our military is essentially trapped at Kabul airport, tens of thousands of Afghan citizens have been getting on flights that will see them end up in America, sharia and all, and the Taliban is on its usual murderous rampage. The worst thing of all, according to Lara Logan, is that we’re being told there’s nothing to be done...and that’s a lie.
