Vice President Kamala Harris vanished from public view for five days as President Joe Biden and his administration tackled their worst foreign policy blunder to date.
Her last solo public appearance was on August 12, as she met with business leaders to discuss the importance of childcare and paid leave benefits.
Harris last appeared publicly with President Joe Biden on August 10 as they celebrated the president’s proposed infrastructure deal passing the Senate with a bipartisan majority.
The vice president was spotted in a photo released by the White House over the weekend showing President Biden attending a video conference from Camp David with Harris and other administration officials.

There is something amiss with the Camp David photos recently posted by the White House — and it’s not just the clocks. The White House on Sunday morning posted a photo of Joe Biden at Camp David, where he was vacationing when the news hit that Afghanistan was falling into the hands of the Taliban.(Tweet) “This morning, the President and Vice President met with their national security team and senior officials to hear updates on the draw down of our civilian personnel in Afghanistan, evacuations of SIV applicants and other Afghan allies, and the ongoing security situation in Kabul,” the account said. One of the first things people noticed was

Top U.S. General Mark Milley stated Wednesday “There was nothing that I or anyone else saw that indicated a collapse of this [Afghan] army and this government in 11 days.”Milley, who has been very concerned about a lack of wokeness in the military as of late, said in a prepared statement that intelligence assessments revealed the quickly approaching collapse of the Afghan U.S.-backed government was only a possibility, but those assessments ranged from weeks to months to even years following America’s absence.“Right now, we have to focus on this mission because we have soldiers at risk,” Milley said,

Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin said that the U.S. will continue to evacuate all the Americans “they can” from Afghanistan, although the U.S. is currently unable to “go out and collect large numbers of people” from outside the Kabul airport.
“It’s obvious we’re not close to where we want to be,” Austin said at a press conference at the Pentagon. “We’re gonna get everyone that we can possibly evacuate, evacuated and I’ll do that as long as we possibly can, until the clock runs out, or we run out of capability.”
Austin admitted that U.S. capabilities to venture outside the airport are already limited, however. “I don’t have the capability

In October of 2020, former White House physician Ronny Jackson raised a question that was on the minds of many voters: “I watch Joe Biden on the campaign trail and I am concerned that he does not have the cognitive ability to serve as our commander in chief and head of state.” Jackson, who had served under Presidents Obama and Trump, stressed that he was speaking as a “concerned citizen” rather than a physician. Inevitably, the media collectively descended on Jackson like so many flying monkeys, but he raised the issue again during Biden’s absence from the public eye last weekend as Afghanistan was being overrun by the Taliban.

Twitter has refused to join its social media counterparts in banning the Taliban from its platform, saying it'll monitor content to ensure there aren't messages 'glorifying violence.' The move is in stark contrast to the company's Big Tech rivals. Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram (both owned by Facebook), TikTok and YouTube have all banned and terminated accounts that are related to, promote or praise the Taliban. Twitter said in a statement that it'll 'continue to proactively enforce our rules and review content that may violate Twitter rules, specifically policies against glorification of violence, platform manipulation and spam.'(Snip)Twitter defended its decision to allow Taliban-related accounts to remain active,

Is Kamala Harris jumping ship?
Sure looks like it, now that Congress is talking up the 25th Amendment to remove doddering Joe Biden from office for incapacitation amid the biggest foreign policy catastrophe since the Saigon embassy rooftop evacuation of 1975.
Suddenly, Kamala doesn't seem to want to be anywhere near old Joe.
First, there have been reports of screamings behind the scenes, according to commentator Jack Posobiec, who seems to have someone on the inside at the White House giving him the lowdown. (snip) With a tin ear of her own, Harris has refused to cancel her long planned trip to Vietnam, home of the actual Saigon

During Wednesday’s briefing by Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Gen. Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, CBS national security reporter Jennifer Griffin asked the two about the decision to abandon Bagram Air Base in the weeks leading up to Afghanistan’s collapse. That decision has proven to be crucial, as it left Afghanistan with no U.S. military support and now leaves the civilians stranded there with one option: to try to get to the Kabul international airport through Taliban checkpoints. The U.S. government issued a statement saying that it cannot guarantee

The true nature of this struggle can never be solved by politics. It can only be solved through repentance, and we have proof of that here.
Christianity has always been hand in hand with the greatest empires. The abandonment of Christianity has always led to the collapse of any nation or people or family or person who abandons it. This is an axiom.

It seems that Alan Dershowitz’s ties to the Trump administration have made him persona non grata among the Martha’s Vineyard elite — including Larry David.A Page Six spy spotted the Harvard Law professor — who was once, like David, a fully paid-up member of the Democrat cool kids — bumping into the comic on the porch of the island’s picturesque convenience store and community hub Chilmark General Store, and found their exchange so bizarre that they “wrote it down to remember it.”Page Six strongly recommends that readers enjoy the following while
