NBC News White House correspondent Monica Alba noted on Sunday that Republicans “have seized on” the “optical comparison” of the hasty U.S. withdrawals from both Kabul, Afghanistan, and then-Saigon, South Vietnam, after photos of similar helicopters lifting off from the respective U.S. embassies in both countries 45 years apart went viral Sunday.CH-47 Chinook helicopters were seen ferrying American diplomatic personnel and Afghan allies from the rooftop of the U.S. Embassy in Kabul for much of the day Saturday and into Sunday, images that were broadcast by news agencies sent out over wire service reports.During her report, Alba noted that last month President Joe Biden assured Americans that the withdrawal

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it is a duck. Instead of helicopters, people are clinging to jet airplanes. Kabul isn't "like" Saigon, it is Saigon on steroids.

I thought "pouncing" was our thing; does this mean I now have to learn how to seize upon, too?

#2 is right is this happened under Trump (it would have never happened with President Trump) a 3rd impeachment would have been on its usual schedule. But instead we have deranged Pelousy sayin the Xiden is doing a good job, Dims NEVER turn on each other no matter what, Something the Republican should learn.

What's going on in Kabul right now is exactly what happened at Danang airport 46 years ago: https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x55mn7

2021 Kabul is the love child of Saigon and the Bay of Pigs.
What happened over the past week was entirely avoidable.

They are trying desperately to either sweep this steaming pile of feces under the rug, or pin it on Trump. It isn't going to work this time. Even the usually reliable CNN has felt it necessary to jump on the Blame Joke bandwagon. The left is in shock on how stunningly bad this is. I think many of them just got their come to Jesus moment about what we have been saying about Xiden all along.
I don't see how Xiden survives this. Running back to DC to make some lame speech today isn't going to save him, in fact, it will make the situation worse since Xiden has never known when to stop digging.

Seems to me the Republicans have not done nearly enough critcizing. Has there been any statement from the RNC? I heard Liz the traitor Cheney try to blame both Xiden and Trump, and things from Jim Jordan and Tom Cotton, but, as usual, the Republicans have their heads in the sand.
Forgive me if I am wrong, but i only get my news here.
