Kamala Bragged She Was ‘Last Person

Back in April, Vice President Kamala Harris bragged that she was the “last person in the room” when President Biden had to make “big decisions,” including Biden’s decision to pull American troops out of Afghanistan by September 11. Appearing on CNN’s “State of the Union with” CNN’s Dana Bash, Harris preceded her remarks about Afghanistan by boasting, “When Joe Biden asked me to join him on the ticket, he did so with a sense of intentionality, of purpose, knowing that he and I may have very different life experiences, but we also have the same values and operate from the same principles."

"To be in this position and be a voice for those who have not traditionally been in the room.” She admits she is a diversity hire. I guess that in "progressive" administrations it is too much to ask that competent people be in the room.

She was the last person in the room because she'd been told to turn out the lights and lock the door -- maybe empty the ashtrays and sweep up a bit. What's to boast about?

A man who claimed to have a bomb in a pickup truck near the Capitol surrendered to law enforcement after an hourslong standoff Thursday that prompted a massive police response and the evacuations of government buildings and businesses in the area. Police did not immediately know whether there were explosives in the vehicle, but authorities were searching the truck in an effort to understand what led the man, identified by law enforcement officials as 49-year-old Floyd Ray Roseberry of North Carolina, to drive onto the sidewalk outside the Library of Congress and make bomb threats to officers.

Brutal new rules have been drawn up by the Taliban which means women will face torture and death while targets on a 'kill list' could be murdered on their doorsteps. Harrowing reports have already surfacing from Afghanistan as the government collapsed which paved the way for the Taliban to seize power nearly 20 years after being driven out by the West. The Mirror understands there are claims of summary killings by the Taliban as fighters perform door-to-door searches throughout Kabul city. They are hunting down former officials, ex police, soldiers and anyone who worked with the former Kabul government - or with coalition forces.

Republican members of Congress criticized President Biden on Sunday for spending time at the Camp David presidential retreat instead of the White House as the Taliban fought to finalize a takeover of Afghanistan. "Why is Joe Biden on vacation?" asked Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, on "Sunday Morning Futures." "I don't think he's taken one question from the press this entire weekend, so this is a frightening situation." Fox News confirmed on Sunday morning that Afghan President Ashraf Ghani fled the country as Taliban fighters entered Afghanistan's capital, Kabul. "Why is Joe Biden hiding?" asked Sen. For decades, Joe Biden has touted himself as a foreign policy genius. As a United States senator, he never had to make a decision or bear responsibility for running off at the mouth. As vice-president, he was given backwaters such as Ukraine that he reportedly turned into a family piggy bank. But now he is president. He owns the utter disaster that Afghanistan has become; and the sudden about-face of the Pentagon to send 3,000 fully-armed combat troops back into the fray shows that even the woke military bosses Biden installed can wake up and smell the coffee. President Biden is facing a potential foreign policy and humanitarian catastrophe in Afghanistan as the Taliban makes rapid gains, capturing major cities and prompting concerns over the safety of U.S. diplomatic personnel and civilians on the ground. The Taliban took control of Kandahar and Herat on Thursday, the second- and third-largest cities in Afghanistan after Kabul, followed by Lashkar Gar on Friday. The Biden administration is sending about 3,000 troops to the country to help evacuate diplomats from the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, as well as Afghans who have applied for special immigrant visas for helping the United States during the war.
