Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin has not offered his resignation to President Biden following the complete collapse of the U.S.-trained and equipped Afghan military and has no plans to do so, Pentagon officials said Monday. A day after victorious Taliban forces rolled into Kabul with little opposition, Pentagon officials said they are now focusing their attention on securing Hamid Karzai International Airport so the remaining Americans in the capital can be safely evacuated. “It’s a fluid and dynamic situation,” Pentagon spokesman John Kirby told reporters. “There will obviously be things that I don’t know because things are continuing to unfold.” There have been what Pentagon officials called “security incidents”

Why should he resign? He is doing wonderfully well at his primary goal of sissifying the military and assuring that every woke goal of the progressive Marxists is fully implemented.

I'm still waiting for someone to answer this question: How did current SecDef Lloyd Austin "win" the SILVER STAR, America's thrid highest award for VALOR in COMBAT, while a General and Assistant Division Commander in Iraq? I plan to make this comment every time his name comes up in an article until someone answers my question. Does anyone have the citation for his brave act?

Of course not. They are perfectly OK with what they are doing. If its bad for America, they are for it. Casualties are to be expected. Its for the greater good.

I wouldn't speak too soon if I were him.
Somebody will be sacrificed for this disaster to try to cover not-my-president Lyin' Joe biden and his handler's rear ends for this absolute incompetence. It has to be a high-enough ranking person in the government, and he meets that requirement. Secretaries are easy to replace, and if he "takes one for the team", Soros and other rich lie-beral supporters will be sure to reward him very generously for his "sacrifice".

#5. If I'm not mistaken, the same way LBJ got his, for doing nothing. It's outrageous how these guys can strut around with these medals while the lowliest grunts have fought and died with a courage these guys will never know.

Cheap thugs like Austin could care less what truth and reality are. Everything outside of their orb is irrelevant.

Austin will not pull the plug and neither will biden the cheater. Unless biden's dementia leaves him with no alternative, that is.

Every one is calling for the removal of Biden. This is classics reason that if Biden goes everyone he appointed should be removed. It seems they are the ones making all these stupid polices.

What disaster, where? The liberal media are starting to release poll results claiming that a majority of the American people are approving of Biden’s great withdrawal plan from Afghanistan. It won’t be long before Biden gives his “woke” Generals medals for carrying out his withdrawal plan which according to the leftist and socialist Democrats rates right up there with the Normandy Invasion. Just listen to Pelosi, she will tell you. Biden is now probably a sure thing now to be re-elected in today’s America.

He is doing what he was hired to do. Go after white supremacists, conservatives, Republicans, and indoctrinate the service with CRT and diversity, meaning no whites.

Affirmative Action SecDef, ten levels above where merit would gotten him. No way he's giving uphim best gig ever.
Should have peaked at 2nd Lt. 'butter bars', and probably was mediocre at best in that rank.

As long as he retains his natural complexion - - there's no way he goes out.

The Taliban are somewhat hostile to Christians, which is fine with Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, but where things really become problematic with New American values is their strong opposition to homosexuality and transgenderism and their indifference to Climate Change, all of which are among the Pentagon's top strategic priorities.
