Afghan girl tearfully admits fears of

A heartbreaking video shows a young Afghan girl crying about how “no one cares about us”—and expressing fears that the brutal Taliban rule will ensure they will “die slowly in history.” “We don’t count because we were born in Afghanistan,” says the unidentified young Afghan in a video shared by journalist and activist Masih Alinejad and seen more than 1.7 million times by Monday morning. “I cannot help crying. I have to wipe my tears to be able to film this video,” says the whispering girl, who appears to be sitting in a car. “No one cares about us. We’ll die slowly in history,” she says,

Comments:

This is in the Daily Mail also. My guess: this is agency propaganda designed to grease the skids for a mass importation of Afghanis into New America, top further enhance our Rich Mosaic of Diversity (no WHITE tiles allowed, and to hasten our collapse into communism, which the voters demand).

“No one cares about us." How much do you care for yourself? You don't count becasue you don't apparently care to defend yourself and your liberty. The time for crying is long past...

So #1 just what would you have this child do to defend her liberties?? The adults in her family are the ones that should be defending their liberties....not a child. Your comment is ignorant to say the least.

Tell that to your wimpy parents and grandparents who had freedom handed to them but now can't be bothered to defend it. You are a child who will grow up in a third-world wasteland that will probably be stripped bare by the Chinese and the Russians. Your country had a chance but squandered it.

What's going on here?! Americans always took care of the weak and the defenseless. It's in our DNA! If we can't empathize with the girl's state of disillusion at the moment, that's when WE lose our country.

#2 - "Children" have played integral parts in wars. History is replete with young fighting heroes. This child is how old? I worked for a fellow who was 12 years old when he enlisted as a flakhilfer in 1944 Germany, helping man an anti-aircraft battery that brought down Allied bombers. Afghanistan is not the USA. Society is very different. "Children" that age routinely are armed.

Children have fought in so many wars in the past. World War II, Korea, Vietnam and in this War on Terror. This girl and her family can pick up Ak 47s and fight to defend her. If they kill two Taliban before they are killed, and if that happens at 2 out 3 houses, the Taliban will stop. But they will not do this. They would rather let others fight for them, and then crap all over those that fight for them. Let them fight and die for freedom, or just live in what will again become a 3rd world **ithole country.

I still find your comment about a child fighting ignorant #1....irregardless of what country they are in or what war they might be in. Let us know when they start handing out AK’s to little girls there. Little boys maybe..but that is the tribal mentality of those 7th century tribesmen. If the adults won’t fight for their country and freedom.....then tough...they get what they deserve.

Exclusive: House GOP demands answers over

House Oversight and Reform Committee Republicans sounded the alarm Tuesday about hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars that have been improperly spent on one of the government’s largest and fastest-growing entitlement programs. Rep. James Comer, the top Republican on the committee, sent a letter to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which oversees Medicare and Medicaid, demanding answers about “rampant [and] improper” Medicaid payments. Mr. Comer and the committee’s other Republicans are concerned that CMS’ own data shows that more than $57 billion was spent on improper Medicaid payments in fiscal 2019 and nearly $87 billion in fiscal 2020, accounting for one of every five Medicaid payments.

Disturbing new surveillance video shows the moment a 51-year-old man was brutally attacked by a hatchet-wielding maniac while at a Lower Manhattan ATM. The footage, obtained by The Post on Tuesday, shows the victim at one of the ATMs inside a Chase Bank vestibule on Broadway near Beaver Street in the Financial District shortly before 5:30 p.m. Sunday when his attacker walks in, removes a hatchet from a dark bag, sneaks up behind him and begins slashing him. The frightened and bloodied victim tries to fend off the brutal assault, falling to the floor several times as he futilely attempts to grab his crazed assailant’s weapon

National security adviser Jake Sullivan admitted Tuesday that the Taliban gained significant troves of military hardware and weaponry that they took from Afghan security forces—and the Biden administration is still trying to determine the amount of American military equipment that is now in the hands of the extremist insurgents. “We don’t have a complete picture, obviously, of where every article of defense materials has gone but certainly, a fair amount of it has fallen into the hands of the Taliban, and obviously, we don’t have a sense that they are going to readily hand it over to us at the airport,” Sullivan told reporters

When then-President Barack Obama released five Taliban commanders from the Guantanamo Bay prison in exchange for an American deserter in 2014, he assured a wary public the dangerous enemy combatants would be transferred to Qatar and kept from causing any trouble in Afghanistan. In fact, they were left free to engineer Sunday’s sacking of Kabul. Joe Biden and his media acolytes call him Mr. Empathy and Mr. Compassion. His Afghanistan speech yesterday told a different story, and should end that phony spin forever. My takeaway was how cold, and hard, and compassionless Biden was as he sought to extricate himself from the catastrophe of his own making. He blamed everyone but himself for his failure, particularly the Afghan army. He smarmily assured terrified Afghanis left behind he'd now speak out for their human rights instead of actually protect them. He effectively told U.S. servicemembers their service was for nothing. It was appalling.
