On Afghanistan fiasco, even CNN points

Afghanistan is a disaster of untold dimensions. It's a story so big it's actually drawing mainstream media interest, given the monumental scale of failure from our country's sorry leadership. But nothing beats this analysis from a CNN contributor who blasts Joe Biden to smithereens in the most damning presentation of facts so far. That CNN would publish this is almost as newsworthy as the unfolding Afghanistan fiasco. Peter Bergen is an old war correspondent who was onto bin Laden back in the 1990s and actually interviewed the monster. He knows his stuff. In his analysis, he puts all of the blame squarely on Joe Biden.

I'm still scratching my head as to how Biden was elected in the first place. That fiasco rests completely on CNN and other Main Street media who covered for him and still do.

Joe Biden has an excuse--a good one--He was never the brightest bulb on the tree, and now like Christmas lights that all go out when the one stops working his mind is a total blank. He isn't running things . Ask yourself what is wrong with those who are. Why did they choose a matressback for VP, why are they destroying the oil industry, why are they pushing electric cars when even the most stupid American knows our electric grid cannot stand it , and solar p[anels cannot cut the mustard. Are those who are actually running the country trying to destroy America.? It appears they are, and they are doing it. There isn't one Democrat politician in Washington who isn't in on this destruction. They vote as a cult. Joe Biden may be the face we look at, but he isn't the brains behind this. The democrat party is out to destroy America.

Vietnam was a Democrat disaster. Johnson sent us in for his military manufacturing buddies, Nixon (republican) got us out, then Democrats refused to fund the winners against further agression. Afghanistan is eerily similar. True, Bush sent us in, but who could blame him after 9/11? And 9/11 is squarely on Clinton's shoulders for his lack of action on bin Laden, and how he crippled our security so it missed the terrorists. Clinton was too busy with interns under his desk, and taking money from whoever he could sell U.S. technology to. Trump had a plan for withdrawal, that vontinued support of the Afghan Government. Biden croaked that plan, and its Vietnam all over again. Democraps ate also why we font have a competent space program.

If CNN gets it then who is next, the WaPo, the Slimes? The media is the only thing that kept Biden afloat through his joke of a campaign and his theft of the November election. If he loses them he is as dead as Chris's brother's nursing home victims. The democrats are gulping their last breaths but look for desperate moves in the very near future. Some say that the US military should stay in Afghanistan and continue to take casualties on into the future to ensure that non-Taliban Afghans are not brutalized and murdered by the Taliban, in accordance with the very primitive Afghan Islamist based culture that been in force in Afghanistan for a thousand years. But those people are not sending their daughters and sons to fight in that endless war.

Prosecutors in the cases against the January 6 demonstrators are starting to run into some judicial pushback: Questions about exculpatory evidence in their possession not turned over as the law demands, lower courts assessing the defendant as more dangerous than the evidence warranted, and most significantly, whether the prosecution is overcharging defendants with the federal crime of obstruction. Most of the defendants are charged with knowingly entering or remaining in a restricted area -- a fancy way of saying trespassing. Defendants are entitled to see before pleading to the charges any materially exculpatory evidence

Dan Bongino has what he calls his 48-hour rule: Don’t run with an “amazing” story before 48 hours have passed, allowing the facts to emerge. Many of Bongino’s fans would have done well to remember that when Liz Harrington, Trump’s spokesperson, pointed out that Fox News had deleted from the video of Bongino’s phone interview with Trump the part at which Trump referred to election fraud. In fact, there was a good reason for that cut, but Bongino got a lot of hate mail before he could explain. I’ll explain below the three takeaway lessons from this whole experience.

What will it take for Joe Biden to admit he is disastrously wrong about Afghanistan? The US leader struck a defiant pose last week. Sounding like a slightly desperate Olympics coach, he told Afghans it was their country. If they want it, they have to fight for it. In American politics-speak, this is called tough love. Without the love. Biden has more hands-on foreign policy experience than any president since George HW Bush. That doesn’t mean he knows what he’s doing. Opinion polls suggest his abrupt Afghan withdrawal has majority public support. That doesn’t mean Americans will remain indifferent as the carnage and misery mount.
