On Wednesday’s broadcast of CNN’s “OutFront,” host Erin Burnett pointed out that both White House Chief Medical Adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci and Director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota and former adviser to President Joe Biden’s transition team Dr. Michael Osterholm have made statements about the effectiveness of cloth masks that are similar to the statements on cloth masks that got Sen. Rand Paul’s (R-KY) YouTube account suspended. Burnett began the discussion by stating, “Back in early 2020, obviously before the Delta variant, Dr. Fauci did say in an email,

Comments:

Believing that a mask will save you from covid, an airborne virus that’s over 200 times smaller than the smallest bacteria, can exist on hard and soft surfaces for over 48 hours is akin to believing that a piece of cardboard taped across your chest will protect you from a speeding bullet.

Good one OP. When I was little Mary Martin played Peter Pan on tv. Tinker Bell was a flashlight shinning on a wall with a bell like sound. Mary told us: Boys and Girls if you don't applaud Tinker Bell will die. I applauded to make my sister happy. This is the same as wearing masks today. They are useless but they make some people happy. So I wear a mask. I suspect that the Quack Fraudski has stock in mask companies.

Maybe people should start posting Dr. Fauci and Dr. Osterholm's e-mails and statements on Twitter and You-Tube regarding their statements on masks not being effective. If people use Fauci's words against words against masks, how could they say it is misinformation since their Covid God said it. Use their own words against them. Lets see what happens then. If they block someone for posting Fauci's words, they are hypocrites.

The whole idea behind the cloth mask was to give the supply chain time to produce the N95 masks for the healthcare workers. And, if I remember, they stated "contact" with an infected person is 15 minutes of time, not some casual walk-by in Walmart or on the street.

It warned first about the environmental impact and then noted Sun Guangxin’s ties to the Chinese Communist Party and how the project could give him access to the state’s electricity grid.

The sendoff of fallen Chicago police Officer Ella French was reportedly rushed by the department’s No. 2 official – and former Chicago police Superintendent Garry McCarthy argued it reflected a nationwide lack of support for police officers from government leaders. "The officers here in CPD and probably across the country … feel under attack by politicians and the public," McCarthy said Wednesday during an appearance on Fox News' "The Story." "Most of them feel like they’re not being supported by their leadership."

Black employment actually declined. Hispanic employment, which is counted separately and includes people of any race, rose. The job losses were concentrated among black men. Black women gained jobs for the month.
