Officials in Arizona’s largest county and Dominion Voting Systems on Monday announced their defiance of the state Senate’s latest round of subpoenas, continuing a feud that started last year.
Maricopa County’s Board of Supervisors decided in a closed session not to deliver any more election-related materials or information to the Arizona Senate, despite a judge earlier this year ruling subpoenas from the body lawful.

Why issue subpoenas if you cannot follow through? Fire them all from their jobs and throw them in jail for not responding to subpoena.

The Michigan State House and Senate oversight committee where this Dominion CEO told his lies will do nothing. After all, the left’s friends lie without consequences on Capitol Hill all the time.
There is no opposition party to fight the criminal entity called the Democrat party.

I have no doubt this is true. No way in hell anyone enters into a contract like this and doesn't get the admin password to the machines. They would be given freely to the contracting entity by the equipment owner. They are absolutely lying about not having the admin passwords to these machines.
These machines also had a cellular modem (like a Verizon air card) capability if I remember correctly. Disablement (removal) should have been a requirement from day one on this.

criminals all - AZ better do something or this mess will not be resolved.
time for the hundreds if not thousands of citizen of AZ to surround the Maricopa County’s Board of Supervisors and demand they release the information. Carry your legal guns but don't threaten anybody with them. They'll get the point.

A skilled technical expert can tell exactly what this software can do, given enough time and physical access.
And if the passwords are held by the state, then arrest the holders and keep them in jail until they reveal the passwords. This can be accomplished if there is a will in the power structure.
At this point, the power structure is working ten different ways to obstruct justice. People should be in jail, now.

Here's the underlying issue about the EMS machine passwords in particular that describe why the auditors can't verify the machine configuration even with the poll worker password.
Within the Dominion ICPs, poll workers, as a role, even if you give them admin access, [you] do not get access to the configuration of that device itself. So on each of these ICPs, and these are ICP2s, we know that there are two NIC cards. We know that they can be configured with wireless modems. We know that they can be configured with cellular modems. So the purpose of requiring this information, is to get a configuration for each of those systems that shows how they were configured, what is enabled, what is not enabled. And more importantly, I can get the Mac addresses for each of those devices. Now, if you recall our previous conversation on the router data, where you have an IP address, you have a Mac address, it then becomes a very simple process to say, did any of these Mac addresses ever touch the internet? It’s very simple.
The objective is to get true the fob that would allow system admin access to the configuration files to determine if the wireless modem was enabled during the election. Dominion is refusing but this is the only way that an independent agent like Maricopa County could honestly certify that the machines were configure legally.

Dominion is doing business in the state of Az, and is subject to all its laws and jurisdiction. The not a public company argument is ludicrous. The election was honest --- but honest people can't look at anything? The State Senators have the legal authority to force compliance with their subpoenas. Otherwise, why have, or issue them?

The whistleblower needs to be careful. Arkancide is running rampant through Washington. Yet another suicide, the 4th, was announced today. Stay safe whistleblower.

And allegedly we didn’t land on the moon either. Just more clickbait with nothing new.

AG Merrick Garland has just threatened to jail anyone trying to organize election audits. Claims they violate the Civil Rights Act. The AZ Senate cannot enforce their subpoena because they don't want to wind up in a federal prison, held without bond while waiting for a trial date in a couple of years like the Jan 6 people. My guess is the Maricopa County Supervisors have round the clock FBI protection and the Dominion folks are out of state and out of reach of state authorities. We are headed for a serious constitutional crisis that SCOTUS will duck. There is now no check on the Executice branch of the federal government.

Dominion will not cooperate, and the dems will still use them. What does that tell you?

At this point. I believe the AZ Senate should forcibly collect the machines, the modems and frogmarch some people out in front of television cameras.
It is time and past time to take the gloves off.

Dominion Voting is a Canadian organization run at the top by Canadians. Who says that the State Legislatures have to hire Dominion in the future to count their election results? If the Dominion voting machines or vote tabulators are connected in any way to the Internet they could be manipulated from anywhere in the world.

Dominion is not the only Vote Fraud machine that the Democrats use to steal elections. They are just the most in-your-face about it.
And what are GOP eunuchs going to do about it. Nothing, because Republicans are collaborators. US elections are the world's most corrupt. I will no longer cheapen myself by participating in US fraud farce elections.

So now what do they do since Dominion's CEO lied under oath in front of Congress? Who has the escrow in AZ? The whistleblower video established that their STATE has the password. Not the county. Not the vendor.
