Federal judge blocks Texas
governor’s get-tough policy to
block migrants from leaving border

A federal judge issued a temporary restraining order on Texas Tuesday, blocking Gov. Greg Abbott’s latest get-tough border policy aimed at preventing illegal immigrants from dispersing throughout his state. Judge Kathleen Cardone, a Bush appointee to the bench, said Texas was interfering with the way the federal government wanted to carry out its immigration policy. The two-page ruling is a victory for President Biden and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, giving them a continued free hand in catching and releasing tens of thousands of illegal immigrants each month. Mr. Abbott had said he feared the migrants were spurring a COVID surge, and he flexed state powers

Comments:

Will Gov. Abbott tell Bush Judge Kathleen to go ahead and try to enforce her order, or will he cave? I know which way I'd bet.

As I said, I'm taking covid as seriously as biden does. It's obviously not serious as he's letting everyone in from the Southern border with no testing, no isolation and no vaccination. He's also sending them all over the country to infect American citizens. That's how seriously he takes it. What a sad joke on America. There's huge power play has cost us plenty - lives have been lost of because of them, people's livelihoods have been lost because of them, kids have lost a year of school because of them, kids have anxieties because of them. This regime is the worst that has ever happened to America.

Didn't Mad Mad Mad Maxine just teach us to ignore judicial orders and do what you want, "Who is going to stop them? Who is going to penalize them?"... I'm sure that's what she said. Hope Texas was listening. Republicans need to stop being chumps.

How is it possible a sitting president would continously tell Americans to get tested, vaccinated, and wear masks when needed but open the countrie's southern border and let thousands of illegal aliens enter. And of course they have no masks, are not tested or vaccinated. Then put htem on planes or buses and ship them all over the country without letting the states know that they are coming. I thought we had immigration laws in this country. Obviously this disaster in the Whitehouse doesn't believe in upholding the law. And he got 81 million votes. Joe Biden is a human pandemic.

Well what this may amount to is the federal judiciary saying that Biden and his leftist and socialist Democrat crew can disregard the immigration laws and freely flood Texas with illegal aliens, transform them into future leftist and socialist Democrat voters, and eventually change the voter demographics there to ensure that the Democrats permanently pick up the 58 Texas electoral college votes on into the future thus turning Texas into a Democrat state permanently. Without those Texas electoral college votes the wimpy Republicans would never be able to win future presidential elections. More evidence that the two Bush Presidents made some terrible federal courts judicial nominations.
