Diversity is not the end point, but the starting line. That’s what Sekile Nzinga believes. Nearly three and a half months after joining Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s administration, Nzinga will get to put that theory into practice as head of a new office of equity that the governor plans to create Friday through an executive order.(Snip)Nzinga’s new office will be tasked with taking the lead on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, legislation and policy, as well as identifying barriers to equity, for the state and coordinating trainings. "Equity" is another word for government micro-management under socialism and/or Communism, including mandated indoctrination at the workplace. But doesn't she look marvelous? Must be her beautiful hairdo.

Equity is government enforced racism. Your tax dollars at work. Diversity opened the wound. Equity will finish off the victim. Thankfully, normal people have seen it for what it is early enough and are fighting back against so called "critical race theory" (racism), "equity" (racism), the 1619 fake history project (racism), and have seen through BLM/Antifa (racists).

Y'all, I need to fully disclose that my deceased Uncle Jack was a linguistics professor at the University of Chicago. He was friends with Alinsky. He would tell me of the times they would re-word a process or a definition to a word that made it less scary to the masses. That said, the left has graduated or morphed from "Influencer" on the net to a more authoritative, "Thought Leader". Waiting for "Ideological Governmental Shaman" They've owned the language nuance battle since the '60's. Keep that in mind when they try to jump on their moral steed and bend the language to suit their attacks.
