A social justice group has said it sent a letter to white Democrats in two wealthy Texas neighborhoods calling on them to pledge their children will not apply to Ivy League schools so that black students can get a spot instead. Dallas Justice Now (DJN), which appears to have been set up recently, is asking white allies to commit to 'making sacrifices to correct centuries of injustice.' The group is specifically calling on people to sign its 'college pledge' not to send their children to Ivy League or US News & World Report Top 50 schools 'and instead leave those spots open for students from Black, LatinX, and other marginalized

Why not press the Marxist-promoting Ivies to divest, rename, and become HBCUs? Yale University is named in honor of a big-time slave trader Elihu Yale. Harvard Law School bears the crest of a family of slave leaders, and the school itself had slaves who served its presidents. Brown University was founded by the Brown family of slave traders. A prominent president of Dartmouth College was a vocal defendant of slavery. At least half of the early presidents of Columbia University were slave-owners, as were the school's first four treasurers.

Georgetown University was founded by a large-scale slaveholder, and the school itself participated in the slave trade. Princeton University also was heavily involved with slave traders, and the University of Virginia was founded by Thomas Jefferson, another slaveowner. Instead, we get the usual "We majinizzed. Pay up, crakka." Maybe this is why their admittance figures lag?

You want a spot in an ivy-league school? EARN IT. Personally, I wouldn't take a slot in one of these Wokeateriums if you gave it to me. As to me oppressing you, it must have been a one-sided relationship, because I can't ever recall anyone turning a tap for anything I own except me. If you was slaving away for the man and bein' oppressed an' sht, then you better go figure out who you were really sweatin' fo', because I never got any of the fruits of yo' labor. An' sht. Don’t forget the Vice President comes from a slave owning family. And she speaks in favor of violence. So when the mob shows up at your house and demands your house as reparations, don’t try to defend your property or you’ll being prosecuting a pointless legal action for possession of your demolished property from jail.

I am so sick of this BM Movement nonsense. Will someone please remind these people that every country at sometime has had slaves, including American Indians and free blacks pre and during the Civil War. Conquering countries took slaves. And while we are at it African blacks bought slaves for their own use and sold them to the Europeans. Blacks selling blacks into slavery. The biggest problem the black community has is themselves.

Don't just go after the parents of future students, also go after all those white, woke tenured professors. How many Black men and women have been denied tenure because of their skin color. Also, anyone who has ever graduated from one of these Ivy League colleges needs to be cancelled just as if they had ever said the N word or wore blackface. My response would include the letters "F" and "Y"!!! If my kid were smart enough to attend an Ivy League school, wanted to do so, and we could afford it (through scholarships, financial aide, or our own personal wealth), that is all that matters!!! Don't get me wrong, I would not want my kid to attend any massively lie-beral indoctrination center they call a college or university these days. I would much rather they go to a nice Christian college that would instill good values and beliefs to go along with their studies. But I would never tell them not to go to a college they were qualified to attend so that some less qualified minority student could have their place. That is just evil!!!

As someone said, earn your spot at an Ivy League. There's no double about it, they are tough to get into but minorities have an edge up on white kids. If you take the sigma away, and one is still a failure then who does one blame? Guess it's society now - never themselves. I'm sure there are many black people thoroughly embarrassed by these antics.

Back in the sixties Malcolm X said the biggest enemy of the black man is the white liberal. Of course they had to assassinate him. Bob Woodson has noted most solutions for accusations of racism reward the already successful blacks and their white virtue signalers. Promoting a black to an executive position doesn't help those in the ghetto. The "metoo " movement started with black women in NYC but has manifested itself in white Hollywood and white politics. The poor black women in NYC are still struggling. The white liberals use the black issues to their advantage. As for Ivy League, I have known a handful of successful black men. None ever went back to their old neighborhoods to mentor and help.
