The U.S. Department of Justice has opted against investigating any of the Democrat governors who last year ordered nursing homes to accept residents who tested positive for COVID-19 against the recommendations of health groups. Federal officials reviewed information they received from New York, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and New Jersey last year regarding the orders. Based on the review, they’re not opening Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act (CRIPA) investigations in the first three states, Joe Gaeta, deputy assistant attorney general, told Rep. Steve Scalise (R-La.) in a letter on Friday. The act enables the attorney general to launch a case in court against

Done to inflate deaths and keep fear and panic and lock downs going. And being a very big election year, , to help take down Trump via voting changes. To the left, people are game pieces, to be used to further whatever their agenda dictates.

Of course they won’t investigate. Had they been Republican governors the FBI would have broken into their homes at night with guns pointed at their heads and ransacked their homes and removed all electronic devices. The Department of Justice has become a terrible joke.

Governor China Tim Jong Walz of MN (DFL, Peking) is responsible for the 70+% of all COVID deaths- which took place in nursing homes- in the state.
Sad that he will not be investigated. As if the corrupt DOJ will do anything to fellow Marxian travelers

They won't investigate deaths caused by irresponsible Democrat governors, but will go to the ends of the earth to investigate every Trump supporter who was in Washington DC on Jan 6th. Biased "Justice".

This isn't a federal matter and we need to stop thinking the federal government is responsible for everything. We don't like it when the feds usurp state perogatives as when the Supremes legislated abortion across the land. If the people of said states don't care if grandma died there isn't much we can do. If they do care there are non-fed means of seeking relief.

What do you do? The feds ignore democrat atrocities, and are in crackdown gestapo mode against the law abiding.

Justice for us, Just-Us for Democrats. Once again our two tiered Just-Us system kicks in to protect the privileged and ignore the innocent that have been slaughtered.

What is there to investigate? It happened, its a fact. However end justifies the means. The ends was to get rid of Trump and to turn the US into a commie dictatorship, so what if a few million had to die.

I do not know anything about the law, but do the families of these elderly victims have any kind of legal recourse? I’m hoping and praying they do, so Cuomo, the enforcer of thousands of negligent homicides of nursing home victims will be sued over and over and over. He’s not above the law, even if he is a democrat.

So, a corrupt DOJ says "never mind" to New York deaths at the hands of its Governor, who lied about it, but continues to threaten Derek Chauvin over a 2017 incident in the arrest of a violent youth.

I smell some very big civil suits on the horizon. Sue them personally not as a Governor or appointed health official. Bankrupt each and everyone of them.

Today's Democrats are corrupt to their core. This is irrefutable and undeniable, and they don't care - because they can (and do) get away with anything and everything.

The situation in Pennsylvania was doubly offensive. The public health officer, tranny nanny Dr. Rachel Levine, at the very time it was advising Governor Wolf to force admission of Kung Flu patients into nursing homes, moved its mother from a nursing home into a hotel,. to avoid Kung Flu.
And for several months of the pandemic here, the government refused to tell us where the deaths were occurring. (We learned, later. that mpost of the deaths came out of two nursing homes in Erie County, Pa.
And the tranny nanny was rewarded for its medical malpractice by being appointed Assistant Secretary for Health Policy, Health and Human Services in Washington.
(The tranny nanny supports sex change surgery for little boys, as well as hormone therapy. Dr. Rand Paul was dismayed by that, but the tranny nanny was confirmed.

We do not have a Department of Justice. I am not sure what to call it at this point but the word “justice” should not be used.

Thank you #5, best description of little Timmy I have heard yet. Went to a Tea Party rally in Rochester MN years ago. He was so afraid of us patriots he was shaking even though he had the crowed stocked with big dudes in purple SEIU t-shirts and were were the most polite and mellow crowd I've ever been part of. Coward would not answer questions. Even the police were embarrassed to be there "protecting" him.
