America’s Frontline Doctors, a nonprofit, filed a motion on July 19 seeking immediate injunctive relief to stop the emergency use authorization (EUA) of COVID-19 vaccines for three groups of Americans: anyone under the age of 18, anyone who has recovered from COVID-19, and those who haven’t given informed consent as defined by federal law.
The motion was filed against Xavier Becerra, Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and other defendants in a federal district court in the Northern District of Alabama.
“The emergency declaration and its multiple renewals are illegal,” the complaint (pdf) alleges.

Additional OP comment. The article details the other reasons why the FDA failed to justify EUAs for these genetic therapy shots which are not vaccines.. Excellent information here...

So early bird just to establish your credentials...are you an MD, a virologist, a medical researcher?? Are you qualified to assert that HCQ or Ivemectin are researched and approved by established medical research organizations. Or are you merely repeating anecdotal stories from the Internet? And do you have first hand knowledge of exactly what or why the FDA would not have granted EAU given your assertion that the aforementioned drugs would have somehow halted that approval?
There is a lot of mis-information out there and people reading your post might make an incorrect assumption without all of the above questions answered.

EUA is illegal unless there is no treatment. There are multiple effective treatments available for Wuhan flu.
Stop this dangerous not-vaccine.

It is obvious #2 didn't read the article, and decided to attach OP who simply posted an article and added that the article has a lot of information for people to consider. Much of it from MD's, Clinical studies and other medical professionals.
He also forgot that Tom Hanks and his wife were treated with HQC, zinc and a Z-pac while they were in either Australia or NZ.

Yes #2, there is much misinformation out there. Your condescending comments demonstrate you are a prima facia example. Perhaps you could give some substantive evidence that the article or even the motion that was filed is flawed?

I might pose those very same questions to you, #2. One does not need to meet all your demanded qualifications in order to seek answers. OP may not be any of those things you refer to, but there are plenty of people out there who are, and they are advising extreme caution. I don’t know why those who question this current crop of “vaccines”, and the sinister methods employed to force them on the world, make people so very angry. It’s truly pathological. But, you and I do agree on one thing: there is A LOT of misinformation out there.

Just in time for school. mRNA gene therapy is NOT a vaccine (despite assertion of Merriam-Webster), does NOT prevent disease, has dangerous side-effects (worse and longer lasting than the disease) and has alternative treatments.
Must my kid walk across a minefield to go to school this year, with the detonation maybe years from now?

Yes, lots of misinformation, almost all coming from the CDC, Dr. Fraud (the virus funder) and most of the Enemedia. And a few new posters.

Perhaps, #2, you would like to establish YOUR credentials for the rest of us.

Clearly #2 didn't read the article but came prepared to attack the messenger, who only re-stated salient points of the article. Are you really challenging the article or the America's Frontline Doctors organization? If challenging the AFD, then you have no standing to do so other than your progressive ideology and that carries weight around here only in the negative figures.

LOL...my "progressive" viewpoints....really..?? Simply asking why we continue to have articles refereed too that serve to buttress the anti-vax viewpoint and touted the "alternative" treatments that are said to be effective.
My credentials...a thinking American citizen that believes half of what they read and hear and half of that is misleading viewpoints couched as "scientific" information.
My opinion is a valid as any one else who posts here. I don't ascribe to group think or follow along with the "tribe" on issues be they political, religious, or anything else. I don't think the vaccines have any weird nano-particles in them, Trump needs to stay retired and I won't vote for him again, and we need to stop sending the same old geriatric crowd back to Congress. Oh and most people don't have a clue about politics and could care less.
But aliens did mess with our DNA several hundreds of thousands of years go to kick start our evolution...:)

Credentials can be worthless. A shining example is Doctor Jill Biden. Too many have fallen for the redefinition of science. Science used to be a discipline that followed empirical methods in search of the truth. A scientist was a practitioner of a methodology. At the core of the methodology was question, question, question. Now science has been rendered into a new definition - one defined by titles of authority. Instead of a practitioner of a noble methodology, a scientist is a member of an organization, deriving power and title from authority. People who claim to be scientists are making pronouncements when they should be questioning.
Science has degraded into a tautology: "He who practices science is a scientist and a scientist is one who practices science"
No, #2, I do not have to be an entitled expert to view and assess data. Many of the entitled experts are herd animals more interested in maintaining their standing than seeking the truth.

The treatments HCQ and Ivermectin were squelched by those promoting the vaccines. The presence of a treatment would have kept the FDA from giving the EUAs (Emergency Use Authorizations).
