MIT Study: Vaccine Hesitancy Is 'Highly Informed,
Scientifically Literate,' and 'Sophisticated'

Original Article

Vaccine hesitancy is a big problem, according to the Biden administration. Less than half the public is fully vaccinated while about 56 percent have received at least one jab. The goal of fully vaccinating the American public appears to have stalled. This should not surprise us. When the vaccines were first approved for emergency use back in December 2020, 40 percent of Americans expressed skepticism about the vaccine. Trying to shame the holdouts has failed spectacularly. Insulting and degrading them as “morons” or “ignorant” has resulted in a vicious pushback and a hardening of positions on getting vaccinated.

My sense is that most everyone that wants the vaccine already has it. I think a lot of the 1/2 vaccinations are experiencing buyers remorse and aren't wanting the second dose. The rest of us have already made up our minds and no amount of bribery, shaming, fear-mongering, coercion or derision will make us change our minds. There are posters on this very site that have attempted a number of these tactics with essentially no results. With few exceptions, I think the totals vaccinated are not going to move very much more in the US. The government has been caught lying so many times that we don't trust them. Delta is just the latest attempt to regain control of the narrative.

An attempt at condescension? They couldn't bully, or shame, or bribe, or threaten, or withhold freedoms to make us get their depopulation shot, so now they will pretend we have some valid points but still should get it anyway. Here's a novel approach. Get the shot if you want it. Dont get the shot if you dont want it. In either case, leave people alone about it. And while we are at it, quit with the "herd immunity". I'm not in a herd.

The quoted words in the headline are false. The MIT study largely addressed the analysis of Twitter data concerning wearing masks, an area driven by political opinion and not informed by much scientific data. Unlike mask-wearing, we have an abundance of easily found and accurate information about vaccines.

After listening to the media wail about this plague against mankind! We were all gonna die! Then there were the conflated death rates where if a dead body tested positive for covid, they MUST have died from it! Not the broken neck from the fall! Not the bullet to the brain! Not the extreme trauma of a car accident! Then there's the CDC's own record keeping. Deaths from everything else in 2020, disappeared. People didn't die from practically any other cause except COVID! We apparently didn't have a flu season! Then there were the deaths from the vaccinations. I believe about 9,000 to date. hundreds of times higher than any previously released vaccination. And don't forget the ruined businesses, the suicides of shut-ins deprived of human companionship, or the putrid, yet lauded rules of Cuomo and others, isolating the elderly and stuffing the infected in there with them! Murder by fiat!! Add to that the fraud and misrepresentation in ALL things: The Election, the Border, Afghanistan, Global Warming... the list is nearly endless. A liar should NEVER be believed. This Administration has shown itself to be liars beyond compare.

Here in the USA we willingly take these vaccines without hesitation: Cholera Dengue Diphtheria Hepatitis Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) Human papillomavirus (HPV) Influenza Japanese encephalitis Malaria Measles Meningococcal meningitis Mumps Pertussis Pneumococcal disease Poliomyelitis Rabies Rotavirus Rubella Tetanus Tick-borne encephalitis Tuberculosis Typhoid Varicella & Yellow Fever. Why are many people hesitant about using the Covid 19 vaccine? Back in the day when all those other vaccines came available, there was no social media and no lying, propaganda news media as we know it today. Back in the day, people considered polio and other vaccines to be a wonderful miracle and blessing. Sooner or later something is going to come along and kill all of us when our time comes. For me and my family, it's not going to be Covid19.

He included a caveat - he was writing about Switzerland - but he was writing about this coronavirus and the human immune system. He makes more sense than anyone I’ve read yet: The preface to the article: The author, Beda M Stadler is the former director of the Institute for Immunology at the University of Bern, a biologist and professor emeritus. Stadler is an important medical professional in Switzerland, he also likes to use provoking language, which should not deter you from the extremely important points he makes. https://backtoreason.medium.com/coronavirus-why-everyone-was-wrong-fce6db5ba809

The scientist who first figured out how to build mRNA-based vaccines has gone on record stating that there is a genuine elevated risk of death for young people--particularly teenage boys--who receive these vaccines, by reason of blood clotting problems. So what does Joey Pudding do? He begins pushing for teenagers--12 and over--to receive the vaccines. If my grandchildren require vaccinations in order to enroll in school this fall (they live in a blue state), I've been telling them to choose the J & J vaccine.

Re#12...none of those old vaccines, many of which I have taken, were mRNA shots, and none of them, therefore commanded your cells to manufacture large, now-known-to-be-dangerous proteins from the exterior of the virus. We are now running the only long term experiment ever run on whether an mRNA vaccine is safe, and whether large quantities of the Wuhan flu spike proteins are safe. And we won't really know until the future children born of people who took this shot are normal and healthy. Other drugs have caused infertility in the next generation of female offspring of the person who took the drug, after apparently not harming the first generation who took it. There is precedence for this possibility of long hidden harm.

Disney had managed to remove some of the magic that made Star Wars so immersive and engaging, replacing the depth and mystery of the original trilogy with a hackneyed retread of the story elements and merchandising. Worst of all, the trilogy destroyed the character of Luke Skywalker and then lurched back and forth between a new direction (The Last Jedi) and an empty conclusion (The Rise of Skywalker).
