It's starting to look bad for Tracy Stone Manning, Joe Biden's nominee to run the Bureau of Land Management. The latest news is that she lied to Congress about her involvement in eco-terrorism; an Earth First! tree-spiking incident in Idaho's Clearwater National Forest in 1989. At the time, she wrote a profane threatening letter to "warn" loggers about the spikes, and then told Congress she knew nothing about the whole thing, and was merely an innocent college kid forced to do it to try to make sure nobody was "getting hurt." It didn't happen that way, according to various sources. Normally, a person with any such involvement,

From the article: "Ms. Stone-Manning arrived in Missoula in 1988 and immediately moved into a house occupied by Earth First! members. This was the height of the wilderness wars, and Earth First! had by the mid-1980s defined itself as the tip of the fanatical spear. Its modus operandi was violence and terror, or what it called “monkeywrenching”—spectacular arsons, equipment destruction, and most notably the deadly practice of tree spiking."

Because evil radical lie-beral terrorists are some of not-my-president Lyin' Joe biden's most loyal base voters!!! And politicians always stand by their base voters!!! Besides, his handlers are telling him that she didn't do anything wrong. His dementia-addled brain can't comprehend anything, so he just goes with what they say!!!

I have never been able to stomach bidet but I am not sure he believes much of what he says I'll wager he has been told Hunter will be prosecuted if he doesn't do as told. And,after 50 years in DC, I am sure his dim handlers have so much dirt on him he is surely afraid his historical reputation is in danger.

I don't see her as any different from most all of Biden's nominees. She was successful in getting most all logging shut down and putting thousands of families out of work so she's the perfect Democrat. As a bonus they can now claim the resulting fire storms, that are a direct result of the over grown forests, can be blamed on GW. So of course Biden is going to stand by her to the end, they don't get any better then her.

Obviously Joe Biden's controllers have no problem with terrorists if they are reliably leftwing. Likely they include Barack Obama, who's bestie Bill Ayers was a Weatherman bomber back in the day.

Texas's Democrat legislators, who dramatically fled the state to prevent a quorum on a vote for a voter-integrity law, had it all worked out beforehand that they'd be hailed as heroes for democracy. They planned a flight together, got on together, and then were to fly as a group to Washington to plead their case and make their stand as champions of claimed "voting rights," as the media would fawn. But somehow, things didn't quite gone as planned. They've actually become people the public is laughing at. They didn't quite get every detail for the heroic narrative right.

In what looks like a confluence from hell, the Democratic National Committee plans to police your SMS messages for "misinformation" about COVID vaccines. It sounds like a bad joke, or a right-wing conspiracy theory. But nope, it's right there in Politico: The White House has decided to hit back harder on misinformation and scare tactics after Republican lawmakers and conservative activists pledged to fight the administration’s stated plans to go “door-to-door” to increase vaccination rates. The pushback will include directly calling out social media platforms and conservative news shows that promote such tactics. ...and... Several people reportedly taking selfies near a historical fort in northern India were among 76 killed by lightning strikes during the early stages of the annual monsoon season, officials said Monday. Deadly lightning strikes are common in the vast Asian nation during the June-September deluge, which bring respite from the summer heat across the northern Indian plains. Of the 76 killed, at least 23 people died in the mostly desert state of Rajasthan, including a dozen who were watching the storm cross Jaipur city from watch towers near the famous 12th-century Amer Fort late Sunday, a state disaster department official told AFP.

Democrats, even the crazy ones such as Stacey Abrams, have backed away from their call for zero photo I.D. in order to vote. Their argument that black people are incapable of getting I.D. is essentially racist. More important, from their point of view, the voters are squarely are not in their tree. Voter I.D. is a common sense measure practiced in all civilized countries and voter polls support it. They still want to win in 2022, so they've moved away from that stance like a bad smell from a backed up sewer. But Kamala Harris

Vogue, the world's fashion bible, has placed Jill Biden on her cover as the epitome of fashion. She's a "goddess," they explain. Which is a stretch, given that the first lady has sported getups like this loud red zebra print dress, or these huge-print patterned pantyhose worn with elfin spike heel ankle boots. It goes to show that its whole schtick is politics, not fashion. After all, the big fashion bible for the world's stylish somehow managed to overlook the nation's truly stylish first lady, Melania Trump, a former super-model, who not only was quite beautiful, but age-appropriate and elegant in her four years as first lady.

ROME — Pope Francis cracked down Friday on the spread of the old Latin Mass, reversing one of Pope Benedict XVI’s signature decisions in a major challenge to traditionalist Catholics who immediately decried it as an attack on the ancient liturgy. Francis reimposed restrictions on celebrating the Latin Mass that Benedict relaxed in 2007. The pontiff said he was taking action because Benedict’s reform had become a source of division in the church and been used as a tool by Catholics opposed to the Second Vatican Council, the 1960s meetings that modernized the liturgy. Francis issued a new law requiring individual bishops to approve celebrations of the old Mass

Cases of COVID-19 have tripled over the past three weeks, and hospitalizations and deaths are rising among unvaccinated people. While the rates are still sharply down from their January highs, officials are concerned by the reversing trendlines and what they consider needless illness and death. And cases are expected to continue to rise in coming weeks.
